The staff is super friendly and the room is comfortable. It's located close to a lot of main spots but far enough that it's not noisy at night
It's a bit hard to find the place at first. Also they don't have elevator so beware of you stay on the second floor with big luggages

Great Location, really NICE property, I exceptionally enjoyed staying in a traditional tatami floored room. It was spacious with common sitting place as well. My room was also very well lit, and the washroom was also fairly spacious with all the amenities provided. The location alone makes it SO SO worth it, but the property definitely adds all the extra charm
Nothing really, it was easy to locate from a board pointing to a small alley, the host was very polite and sweet.

The room was clean and big, the beds were confortable.
The location is interesting depending on what you prioritize, to Nara park you have to walk 15 to 20 minutes to see the deers, but from the station is around 7 min and even less if you’re looking for a restaurant
Stairs are step, not so comfortable if you have big luggage
