Mini house, big comfort! It has pretty much everything you’d want, even for a comfortable long stay: a well-equipped mini kitchen, a spotless bathroom with a great shower, good ventilation, thoughtful essentials like even a first-aid kit, and two wonderfully comfy beds that are dangerously hard to leave :)) The private terrace was amazing too. Restaurants and supermarkets are around as well.
Before arrival, you also get a clear, visual guide with the address, directions, self check-in instructions, and everything else you need to know. Getting there and checking in was super easy and seamless.
Sweet personal touches make the whole place feel warm, cute, cared for, and memorable.

Great accommodation for a small family/group traveling on a budget. We had a room on floor 2F (one flight of stairs up from the 'ground' floor). Easy check-in via door code and key box. A one-room apartment with shower/WC cabin in one corner, a refrigerator, and a fold-out mattress for each of us. We had a room facing a quiet side street and were lucky to have a small balcony where we could hang our laundry. The room had mats on the floor and a low table (no chairs) and pillows to sit on. When not using the room for sleeping, we folded the mattresses to make space. No problem. It was fun.
Upstairs (4F), there were two washing machines and a tea kitchen. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't miss anything.
Also, the accommodation was in walking distance of various metro stations and a bigger street with great restaurants (+ a 2nd hand store with a great jazz LP selection). Yawzaa.
What could have been better? I really don't know.

Очень простое и быстрое заселение. Отличное расположение в спокойном и тихом районе. В пяти минутах ходьбы от железнодорожной станции которая ведет в город Нара! Достаточно близко к метро. На пути от метро к Отелю есть супермаркет в котором всегда можно купить свежую готовую еду на ужин.
Одна из кроватей находится прямо рядом со входом в номер.
