Love it. Super clean, nice size rooms, quiet neighbors.
It’s both too close to the train station to take the metro (one stop) and a bit too far to walk to with luggage (okay, it’s not that bad but it felt worse for me cause it was raining). Location is great for transiting to all the Kyoto tourists spots via bus or train.
Also through multiple rounds of testing and repeated trials, only one out of the three showers on the second floor has hot water.

Location was great, walking distance to great shopping and the main train station. The place was very clean. The bunk beds are spacious and privacy curtains a great idea.

Very clean with a great communal/kitchen space. Check in instructions were clear and quick response from staff.

Good location! Comfy beds and kitchen well stocked with appliances.
It felt odd not having any staff on hand, especially because the check in process wasn’t the easiest and no way of contacting the staff to get help.
