The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left my suitcase before and after check-in/check-out without any problems and for free. I was even allowed to take a shower. Others will probably charge you for this. Plus, I reserved a bed. That's a big bonus! The area is fantastic. 4 minutes' walk to the train station and bus. Lots of shops around.
My roommate was rude and noisy even at night. Total lack of respect.

The pod were nice with two outlets. The shower and wash rooms facilities are plentiful and clean.
There were a karaoke event the last light I were there in the Cafe part at the 1. floor.
Nice and easy check in and out.
The kitchen area is a bit crammed but usable.

Close to bus and trains
Everyone seemed friendly
Bed were comfortable
Nice big area for showers and doing makeup
Lots of stairs to get to the rooms/living area
Not a lot of toilets
Would be nice to include breakfast/coffee

Located near good restaurants and convenience stores. Nice to have laundry easily accessbile.
Location was ~20 minute walk from transit and a little further to the core downtown. It is in close proximity to Kiyomizu-Dera which is nice but is a very busy and touristed area. Facilities did not feel very clean.
