The location was really nice and the shower confortable
The kitchen is really small, and without anything for cooking

The owner/staff of this place are really friendly. The rooms and beds were small and cozy. A lamp and a power outlet are provided for each bed.
There are 2 shared toilets. One on the upper floor and one on the lower floor.1 shared bathroom on the lower floor.
Really easy to make friends and chat someone up. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around to hang out in. The bus stop is right around the corner.

Location, bath towels, umbrellas for borrow, bath products
The facilities were so disorganised, and cleanness was low for Japanese standards.
