It offers one of the best views at the lake. The fully screened in 30 foot balcony overlooks the main channel at the 12 mile marker. Don't forget to bring your binoculars! The porch has porcelain tile, a rocker, a porch swing, and rod-iron table and chairs. In-doors, you will find a decorated 1500 plus square foot living area. Upgrades include carpeting, porcelain tile floors, countertops and faucets, stainless steel kitchen appliances, light fixtures, furniture and accessories. View the lake while resting in the master bedroom, eating in the dining room, cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the living room. All bed and bath linens are included. Condo was really great - as described! Owner very attentive and answered messages promptly. Beautiful view! Great location! Enjoyed the large screened in porch! Only negatives: no plastic wrap or foil, had to bring own toiletries and hair dryer. But overall, would definitely rent again.

We have stayed here before and the location is great! The patio and view are wonderful and we were lucky to see a couple of different firework shows last night! The owner is quick to respond and helped us get a slip for the boat while staying!

My parents , sister and my daughter and I meet in the middle for all of us here for a weekend getaway . We loved everything about this condo! Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom and the kitchen had everything we needed to save money and cook meals! The screened in porch had amazing views of the lake and no bugs bothering us , we spent a lot out there.

This place is so relaxing and has a wonderful view! My girlfriends and I planned on having this place and going around to see the area but we just ended up going to the local walmart getting what we needed and sitting on the balcony the entire day. The screen preventing bugs is great and so fine making barely noticeable and it adds to the charm. The owner is so responsive and kind. 10/10 will visit again!

The property is as it was described. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch/deck with the ceiling fan on and watched the fireworks over the lake.

We love this place for our girls weekends. It’s incredibly rooming with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The owner is very communicative and kind. I wish she would put a keypad on the door because sharing one key for 6 women is kind of a pain but other than that everything was AMAZING. The view from the master bedroom and the balcony is the best on the lake.

Spent 2 nights at this condo and it was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting. The water pressure in the showers are fantastic. The view is so amazing. Love the porch swing on the deck along with the rocking chair. The owner was great to work with. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

This condo was perfect for a weekend trip. Great views and good location for short drives to the bars. Everything you could possibly need is also in this apartment. The owner was very quick with responses. We had a great trip and really enjoyed our stay!

This is our 2nd year staying at this beautiful amazing condo! So much room, amazing views, awesome screened in deck, sit out there at night and see all the lights across the river. Nightlife is just right down they way, very close. We had the best time of our lives!
