There is a king bed in the master with a futon , two queen bedrooms, one double, one bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top). The living room has a sofa bed. All bedrooms including the living area have ceiling fans if you would rather keep the windows open and enjoy the fresh air. Perfect for two families. The huge spacious living and dining area has a new 50" flat screen smart tv . Wifi is in the house. Conveniently located two blocks from town on the west end of town and close to Corneille...the beach area everyone wants to be on because of its fun atmosphere. Enjoy unbelievable bay views from your second story deck adjacent to the master bedroom suite and accessible to all. . Wheel chair accessible. Mature groups ...and families of course, spacious enough for at least 2 families... Lots of outdoor furniture...Amazing sunrises and mornings from your own second story deck. Our family loved our stay. The home was in a great location near town but off of the most busy streets. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic time! Chuck made the whole process very easy! Great pool. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. Short walk to town. Nice stroll to beach. Looking forward to coming back.

Had an amazing stay in this house in Ocean Beach. Incredible location, walking distance to the beach and town with a large house and great outdoor porch. Chuck was super responsive in answering all questions prior to check in and during our stay and even let us check in early and stay late. Great house for a large group. Would love to come back!

We were a group of 12 girls staying at the house for a bachelorette party. The house was perfect for our group size and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio space and were so close to the beach. Town was a short walk as well. Chuck was very accessible and a great host. We had a very relaxing and fun weekend!

I stayed at Chuck's place with a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and open (great for a bigger group like us). And it's the perfect location — a very short walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. And Chuck was a wonderful host! Very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Ocean Beach is a great beach location. The house is an easy walk from the ferry and easy walk to the beach. We had 12 staying for 7 nights. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs. We cooked almost all our meals in the house. All the appliances worked. Two washers and dryers came in handy. Chuck the owner was around and helpful when we had questions. It's an older property so don't expect luxury, just a fun beach house. Plan to go again next year!
