This summer rental cottage is a 5 minute walk to Ogunquit Village's shops, restaurants and night life. It is less than a 10 minute walk to beautiful Ogunquit Beach and the Marginal Way. The 3 bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps 6. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor. The cottage is complete with bathroom (shower - no tub) and kitchenette. We walked to the beach, barely needed the car, love the spot. Location is perfect, 3br one bath is nice. Steep stairs and we were concerned about our kids sleep walking and managing that, otherwise we loved it. Owners/contacts are available and very nice. We recommend this cottage to anyone! Thanks for a great stay

We had such a nice week in OGT for the week of the 4th. The location of the house is perfect, walkable to most everything including the beach.

You can’t get a better location at this price for your stay in Maine this summer. The apartment, contrary to what one might think looking at the photos, is directly attached to the owner's house. That being said, the owner is very nice. Although respectful, we were sometimes noisy late at night. The owner never came to complain. We met him a few times and he was very courteous and smiling.
The only negative points I would have to say is that there is a slight smell of humidity in the rooms upstairs, but after opening the windows for a few minutes you forget the smell. It's just old. Also, there were spider webs all over the place. We were the first of the season so I think that explains it. Nothing that can’t be fix quickly.
At this price, it’s the best choice for your family or group of friends this summer. I recommend !

This was a great cottage and location for our three generations on a beach vacation. Everyone could come and go as they pleased. No need to move the car. We walked to the beach, shopping, the marginal way, and restaurants.

This was a wonderful stay for myself, my husband and two adult daughters. Very convenient as it was within walking distance to the center of town and the beach. The cottage was comfortable and had air conditioning. The only surprise was that the cottage was not a separate structure, it was attached to the owners home. Still cute and plenty of room.

This is a lovely cottage right in the right of downtown Ogunquit where the most enjoyable thing about our stay here was that we never had to use our car as we walked everywhere in town from the beach to Perkins Cove to all the shops and restaurants has to offer.We look forward to our next stay at this great location at a great price.

Walk to everything !!!
Quaint cottage in the heart of Ogunquit as we really enjoyed parking our car and walking everywhere for the week we stayed.
2 bedrooms are upstairs and 1 bedroom on first floor as well as bathroom and very clean.
We definitely will rebook this little gem in the village.

De superbes vacances !
Ma famille et moi sommes arrivés le 23 juillet 2011 pour 1 semaine. Dès notre arrivée, Mr Kirk, le responsable nous a donné les informations nécessaires et tout s'est fait simplement et avec facilité.
Nous avons apprécié le certificat cadeau de 50$ au restaurant La Pizzéria, appartenant aussi au propriétaire du cottage loué.
Le cottage loué est situé à un emplacement idéal, sur la rue principale, à 2 minutes à pieds des boutiques, restos et 5 minutes à pieds de la magnifique plage.
Belle terrasse extérieure pour les repas et les déjeuner au soleil !
Vous devez absolument essayer la Pâtisserie tout prêt, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper, elle est bondée de monde et avec raison !
Le proprio est sympathique et loge juste à côté.
Le cottage est petit mais pratique. Si je peux faire une proposition constructive au propriétaire serait de passer aux 2 jours pour faire la rotation de nouvelles serviettes et changer les draps.
Nous y retournerons !
