When you're not out exploring the many nearby activities, spend a little time splashing around in the shared pool. Use the full kitchen to put together a delightful family meal then serve it up at the drop-leaf dining table with seating for two while the kids swing their feet from the four barstools at the granite island bar. The high-speed WiFi will make it easy to research your next outdoor adventure and download a good playlist to your device. You'll find dining, entertainment, and everything else Ogunquit has to offer with just a short walk! Take the trolley to the beach, village, Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, and more. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Indoor pool and outdoor pool are open from 9 a.m. through 9:30 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day. Weather permitting. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Security camera details: Multiple active, exterior security cameras on the property face away from the building. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Huge unit with everything you could ask for in kitchen, linens, fabulous shower pressure. Walk to town, Perkins Cove , Marginal Way, restaurants, shops and of course the wonderful Ogunquit Playhouse which should not be missed. All traffic comes to stop in front of Seafarer due to the intersection in downtown Ogunquit but stay at Seafarer and walk everywhere faster than driving. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Pros: We liked the location, as we enjoy walking. If you're not a walker, be prepared to spend $20-$30 to park your car in high traffic areas. We were there during 4th of July week and the building was very calm/quiet. Cons: This particular unit is very dated and has a damp feel/smell to it. When we asked another guest how to get into the laundry facility, they told us "owners only". Our unit had ice buckets in it, but there is no ice machine on the property.

This was our sixth trip to Ogunquit and have stayed at this location every time. Planning to return soon and will be staying again. It was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Would highly recommend.

This condo was just perfect for our vacation. One mile walk to the town of Ogunquit and the beautiful beach, restaurants etc. right across the road from the Ogunquit playhouse. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay.
