Everything was perfect! Room was very clean. Location is the Best! We were able to walk everywhere! Manager and office staff were very friendly and accommodating. I We will definitely be back! Only disappointment was the weather!

The room and heated saltwater pool were both clean and inviting. Everything appeared to be well tended to and in working order, even at the end of the summer season. The hotel was steps away from the theater and shops-very convenient.
Considering our price point, this may have been the best motel we have experienced in our years staying in Ogunquit.
My sore knee doesn’t like steps and our room was on the second floor. We did like the view of the trees though and I certainly could have requested a room change! Next time!

We were close to town being on Main st. We were near lots of shops and restaurants. Not far from the beach and the cliff walk, but walkable distances. It was very clean. The chairs outside the room were nice. The pool area was nice, clean, and quiet.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The carpet in a dog friendly room wasn't great. Parking was tight. Being close to Main St means loud music late at night. Smoking allowed on decks in Main building not great for non-smokers. Loud neighbors on the phone the morning and loud neighbors stomping up the stairs and talkk g very loudly at night.
