Location, staff, the rooms were great.
Little loud being on first floor…. Kids on second floor running around at 6am . Luckily we were moved to second floor for the second night which was perfect

The bed is too soft and the AC makes a god awful loud, droning noise that rattles the room

Loved listening to the ocean from my room. Great location. Close to everything.
Beds were too soft for my liking but that’s preference, not a hotel issue.
