Great location for quick walk to beach, Splash restaurant and the Lobster House!

The location and the staff.
It’s an older building so walls and floors thin so you could hear everything going on above, below and around you.

Clean rooms and nice view plus super close to the most beautiful beach.
Hallway was musty probably from beach goers not bad though. But lace could use a complete overhaul/update in the coming years.

It was such an amazing location. You can walk to the beach and into town.
I think the rooms could use a little updating.
