Property/room was lovely, clean and well maintained, staff helpful and professional, our bed was so comfortable i slept through the nights. Nice touch with complimentary champagne eve of check in. So nice to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go in town.
Recycling container in the room, maybe a second hot tub with so many guests. The inn advertised direct access to Ogunquit Beach, but access has since been blocked so that should be clarified. It is still relatively easy to walk via back streets though.

Close proximity to the downtown and option to check in early
My room was over the laundry room and my bed vibrated when a heavy load hit the spin cycle.

We have stayed here many times over the years, but this is the first time in the last 10. The hotel was excellent before,and the facilities have improved since then. Extremely clean and well kept.
There really wasn’t anything to dislike.

Location was good - had a pool and plenty of parking
Room was in need of cleaning (had a water bug we killed), AC was stuck constantly blowing and the temp was 63 F (freezing), bathroom was not stocked lotion in the shower instead of conditioner, asked for water for the room and shared that I didn’t bring a refillable bottle-got one bottle of water for us both, received a token for a welcome glass of champagne but nothing alternative offered for non drinkers and the staff weren’t friendly…general very expensive for not high quality.
