Front desk gentleman was very friendly snd helpful.
2 minor maintenance issues but they didn’t affect our stay at all. Brought them to the front desk guy attention and I let him know they could be addressed after our stay.

Proximity to the beach and ease of parking made the trip more enjoyable without having to worry about parking off property. Location was within walking distance of the beach, downtown, and was super close to several restaurants and trolley stops.
The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was that the front office did not open on time the day we arrived. Hours on the door stated 8am, and we were told we could arrive early before check-in (2pm) and enjoy the beach- which was true! But we arrived at 8:10am and the office door was locked. We wanted to make sure we were good where we parked before leaving the car and walking to the beach. We ended up calling and got the answer we needed, but later on, when checking in, we noticed there were rentable beach chairs and rolling carts that would’ve made our trip to the beach far more enjoyable had we been able to enter the front office upon arrival. Otherwise, the stay was 10/10!

Rooms are extremely outdated
Lack of outlets, furnishings, towels, spreads are outdated. Soap crumbled when we tried to use it. Toilet very low to the ground. Refrigerator was unplugged at check in and made noise all night.
