The "Monet Suite" is one of three accommoations we offer in our three unit Bed & Breakfast. This listing depicts our elegantly furnished 2 room spacious master suite, with original Impressionistic oil paintings; private balcony. Magnificent Blue Ridge Mountain views in artist villa located in artist villa on historical Civil War grounds of the Battle of Unison, in the heart of Loudoun's wine n Virginia hunt and horse country; bathroom suite with Jacuzzi n Roman shower for two. Microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, t.v. in Suite. Laundry service available on request. Deck, pool and grounds are available. The Monet Suite was the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. Extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, luxurious, comfortable and clean, it enhanced the occasion of our anniversary wonderfully. Breakfast was phenomenal and the hostess without peer. We will return as often as we can.

We had a wonderful stay! Only regret is that two days was not enough! Will definitely be going back. The property is beautiful, very quiet and relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Maud! The setting was quiet and incredibly picturesque (the views from the Monet Suite were gorgeous) and Maud was so communicative and helpful. We will definitely hope to stay there again when we are in the area.

This my first experience at staying at an vrbo b/c all the other inns/hotels were booked in the area. Apparently I only booked for 2 people, which might of been an oversight on my part (definitely did not do on purpose) Maud let me know this when she counted my friends as we left the villa for dinner. While in the car exiting the driveway, Maud and friend confronted me with her phone showing me the booking for 2 not 3 guests on the vrbo website. I tried to explain to her that on my inquiry I had asked that there were 3 women and could she accommodate. She said that was just an inquiry, and she was calling vrbo. I said ok and off to dinner we went. While at dinner I received a text from Maud along with a vrbo invoice stating I owed an additional $45 which I pd while eating my dinner. While closing the curtains that night we encountered a roach, which we alerted Maud to in the following morning. Maud was kind enough to call us in morning to let us know we left a sweater behind. While picking up the sweater Maud told us there were no roaches out here. I felt harassed and belittled by Maud confronting me and her CNN hat offensive.

We had a bit of trouble checking in, but once we got in we were so impressed! The suite was clean, well prepared, and beautiful. It had amazing views of the property. I wish we had more time to stay there!! It’s clear the owner takes a lot of pride in this home.

Wonderful suite, delicious breakfast
Had a great stay with Maud, the Monet suite was expansive and with beautiful views from multiple rooms. Bathroom is massive and very luxurious. Lots of effort clearly goes into making guests comfortable, from the electronic candles in all the rooms, freshly washed plush rugs (nothing better than putting your footprints on a newly washed plushy rug), breakfast made to order where and when you want. Overall a great stay, and that's without mentioning the plethora of wineries it would take 3 weekends to see all of. We goofed on the check out time and Maud was very understanding, overall a 5 star experience

Purcellville is a beautiful area with tons of wineries and breweries. This property feels like it’s out in country but it’s not far from local restaurants and shops. The Monet Suite is big and gorgeous. The pool is awesome! Maud is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Our stay in the Monet Suite was very nice.
Maid was a gracious and accommodating host and has lots of knowledge of the area and things to do.
The suite itself was much larger than we thought and very comfortable.
The pool was just the thing after a day of hiking.
Enjoyed the locals winery and breweries.

The suite offer a very romantic setting. Nothing like sitting in the jacuzzi watching the sunrise or sunset.. The owner is an awesome hostess. She's very attentive and make you feel welcome. The artwork is amazing. We'll be back!

The porch outside of the room was cozy, and the microwave and mini-fridge were a nice convenience. The owners (and their critters) were super sweet. We will be making a trip back for a getaway weekend soon!

Beautiful suite with beautiful views and a fabulous bathroom!
It was a pleasure meeting the owner of the property. The suite was very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains and grounds. Quaint balcony off the suite to sit with your morning coffee or to sip a nice glass of wine while looking at a beautiful sunset or gazing up at the stars. The bathroom is a special treat and suited for a couple's getaway - Jacuzzi bath for two as well as a large shower in the middle of the bathroom for two - all glass. Windows galore in the bathroom as well to enjoy the view while spending time in the Jacuzzi or shower. Close to all the vineyards and distilleries in the area. We loved it and plan on returning in the fall.

It was amazing!
Absolutely beautiful! The suite was huge and well kept. The bed was really comfortable and we slept great. Very peaceful. The jacuzzi and Roman shower were amazing. We will definately be back.

Monet Suite is Marvelous!
What an awesome place to stay! We were shocked by all the in-room amenities and WOW it is way more than a room, it is at least 3! HUGE! You walk in to a room with a table/chairs, mini-fridge (with cream for your coffee!), Keurig machine, cups/plates, teas/coffee pods, sugar, spoons, everything you need! Spacious closet and oh the ART! Your host is an avid painter, bright colors and many portraits and paintings grace the walls in a very trendy and unique style. After you pass through the breakfast room, on the left is a HUGE bedroom with desk area and large sitting area w/two couches and a TV AND a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The bathroom is also huge, a giant 2-person tiled shower, a big whirlpool tub for two, plenty of fresh towels, hair dryer, curling iron, designer soap/lotion, honestly, this place was better appointed than our Las Vegas honeymoon suite! The king size poster bed was very comfortable with fresh new linens and bedding. This was a wonderful accommodation for our anniversary and worth every penny!

beautiful Blue Ridge mountain escape
What a beautiful experience staying at Maud's Villa. The house sits on 17 acres with a hee haw donkey. Our villa had views of the rolling hills of the blue ridge mountains. A secluded pool is down the hill surrounded by tall evergreen trees and flowers with lots of butterflies. We will be back. Treat yourself to Maud's breakfast. Thank you for sharing your house for a few days.

The Monet Suite is the best - very large bedroom with sitting room, jacuzzi and double shower are huge - the views are outstanding - and Maud the owner is very friendly and helpful - we will stay there again

The property was beautiful and well kept with an eclectic and Victorian feel.
The Monet suite was gorgeous and relaxing, just as advertised. Everything from the wood burning fireplace, picturesque scenery, large jacuzzi tub/ Roman shower made for a very romantic getaway. Maud was very friendly and attentive to any of our needs. Anyone looking for a relaxing and inviting stay in the country side with a twist of romanticism would be greatly pleased in the Monet suite.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Maud's lovely villa. The beds were comfortable, the view spectacular. Maud delivered fresh coffee to our rooms each morning and drove us to our destinations each day. Surrounded by beautiful art, the Monet Suite was large and full of luxuries. The town is charming and we loved visiting nearby Middleburg.

Perfect Getaway
My girlfriend and I just spent the weekend in this amazing suite! We were in the area celebrating our anniversary and exploring wineries. It exceeded our expectations by far. There is only one rentable suite on this property so you don't have to worry about other guests. The suite is full of amazing paintings from the proprietor her parents.The pool seemed like our own for the afternoon and was very secluded. I would highly recommend this suite.
