Situated in New Braunfels, this attractive condo for $264 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 2/2 condo. Sleeps 8. Master: King and a futon. 2nd bedroom: Queen. Living room: Sofa Sleeper. 1 small dog under 40 lbs. allowed, $25 per day. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. WIFI has always been an issue at this complex so we are excited to announce new WIFI service coming in May 2023!! Welcome to River Run Condos which are located on the Comal River directly across from the Landa Park Golf Course. This beautiful newly painted 2/2 condo on the 2nd floor with covered parking and an elevator is the perfect place to spend the weekend! The balcony has a view of the river, and guests have direct access to the river from the property. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. A beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables are all located by the river. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a futon, guest bedroom has a queen, and a brand new beautiful sofa sleeper. There is also a newly remodeled en suite bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower that is handicap accessible. Also available for guests are two parking spaces, elevator access to the unit, and free Wi-Fi. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the garage level under this unit. Nearby Attractions: The Prince Solms Tube Chute is a ten minute float down from River Run. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also very close and allows visitors to park free and bring in their own coolers. Downtown New Braunfels is within walking distance, and the town of Gruene is a ten minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty minute drive from River Run, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. This condo is on the second floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. You will receive 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands (max amount allowed).No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. **WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact New Braunfels Escapes for pricing details. The apartment was perfect for us for our family reunion. Others were staying in a larger apartment at River Run, so we spent most of our time there. Everything worked, and there were enough dishes and kitchen items that served our family.

Overall we had a great stay!Does not sleep 8 comfortably though, way too small for that. AC didn't seem to work well in smaller bedroom, it was very warmCan't complain about cleanliness, that was great and the river being right there was bonus!

Location of the rental was great. But the rental itself needed some updates to the furniture...beds were not comfortable, couch was old and worn out mattress on the fold out. The ac only worked in the master bedroom and the living room.. bedroom with the queen size bed was at least 20/30 degrees warmer than the rest of the condo..even at night

The location was absolutely perfect for tubing the Comal. Could not have asked for better. The condo was spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The check in process was so easy. There were only two drawbacks that I could think of. One was the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom. They were so hard and ancient that we did not get a good night's sleep during our stay. The other was the amount of people who came in through the river and the street to the complex's "private" pool. They jumped the security fence and would use the pool. This happened everyday we were there. Wristbands and security are not enforced. No biggie, I guess. But it's shame when we are paying good money to stay there snd they are not.

Nice Condo right on the Comal River. Pool was nice, room was okay. There were a lot of renters this 4th of July weekend. Great place to see fireworks on the river. Close to town, Schlitterbaun, and every fun thing you want to do in New Braunfels. Check-in was a breeze!

New Braunfels Escapes was awesome, when I called to find the perfect location for my family they really did a great job and the staff was super sweet every time I talked to anyone.
The rental (condo) itself wasn’t the best! The furniture was hard, The couch had boards under the cushions which made it kinda hard but not to bad, the beds on the other hand were really hard thankfully they had a foam mattress in the master closet that I but over the master king size bed ( loved the size of the bed ). The condo stayed HOT because the AC setting would only let you turn it down to 69 degrees which during the day was fine but at night it was hard to sleep!!!! Something I really loved was they did have dishes, pots & pans and utensils there so the things I forgot to bring they had there. The location was ideal for my family because Texas tubes is just right outside the fence and the kids loved the pool plus being able to was right in to the comal river!

We enjoyed the location with the tube rental right next door. It was very easy to float the Comal River. We were pleased with the condo except for the beds. We found both beds extremely firm and uncomfortable. We travel regularly and do not usually have this issue.

The condo amenities were the biggest perk about our stay. The easy access to the river and the pool were great! It’s also walking distance to downtown. The condo itself was decent, it needs a few upgrades, but it still worked for the weekend. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

We love staying at this condo property for our annual river trip. This unit was by far the best we've stayed in yet. It was a little inconvenient to have to go to the office first instead of straight to the condo like others, but not terrible. We just got a little lost trying to find it. Also, the sofa bed in the living room was the #1 worst mattress I have ever laid hands on. My brother and I laughed in disbelief for a solid 30 minutes while we took turns trying to lay on it, so don't depend on that for a bed. We laid a sheet over the sofa instead and that was ok enough for him. Everything else was very clean and in good condition. I LOVED the little bath products and makeup wipes in the bathrooms. I would highly recommend this unit on this property.

Overall, we had fun. It was a good place to start kids tubing as it was a short, calm ride. Even the daring five year old loved his time on the river. It would have made more sense to advertise as being able to sleep 6 comfortably and 8 with a blow up mattress.

We had a wonderful stay at River Run Condos! Everyone from New Braunfels Escapes was really easy to work with. The condo was spacious, clean and in the perfect location. I'm not sure how we would have comfortably slept eight people -- we had six and it was pretty tight. It's probably also time to replace the mattress on the pull-out couch. Other than that, everything was great!
