The home is located in a nice neighborhood with just a short distance to the historical Gruene, NB square, and the crystal clear Comal River/Guadalupe Rivers. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Has room for additional guests with xl-large twin roll-out beds. We are a dog-friendly property (with prior approval). The Lone Star Guest Haus is a Veteran owned property with a 10% Veteran/ active military, firefighter and police discount available upon request. Reservation must be in the service member or spouse's name to be eligible for the discount. WELCOME: You will be greeted to a clean home, fresh towels, and crisp white linens, a complimentary starter pack of snacks, continental breakfast items, starter pack of Keurig Pods (regular coffee pot also available), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Clean property and updated. Very nice interior and beds were large and comfortable. Fenced backyard for dog. But, fence seems like it's going to fall. Location was far for downtown and Landa park so we ubered in. However, the location of the house was in a really cool neighborhood. Dog walked early to take it in. Would not hesistate to stay here again.

This quaint, quiet and clean Lonestar home was the perfect long weekend getaway for our family to enjoy the charm of New Braunfels. Nice property and good location. My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights with a couple of friends to attend a concert at Gruene Hall. We had a great time and the house was perfect. Very clean. Updated facility. Check in process was no-hassle and location was great with easy access to good local restaurants, grocery store, spa, etc. We would stay here again.

We had the best weekend celebrating a family wedding and Julie’s rental worked perfectly as home base for us. The property was exactly as described and worked well for our larger group with 5 children. We would definitely stay here again!
