The walk back to Twin River Villas is about 12 minutes! -A quick 10-minute walk down S. Union Ave to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot! -Take a brisk 5-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery! - If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent their tubes and use their shuttle service. -And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill is only a 10-minute drive away!
