To access the unit, guests must be able to handle the stairs located at the back of the building on 13th Street. Silverton's elevation is 9,318 feet, therefore the stairs can be a challenge for some. There is no elevator and guests must bring their luggage, groceries, etc. up the stairs. Skis may be stored inside at the bottom of the stairs.
