Ground floor, off street parking is available at your convenience. Being only 3.8km to the CBD and 350m to the Wesley Hospital, it’s perfectly convenient no matter what your plans in Brisbane will be. Pets must be approved. This light-filled apartment has a beautiful spacious feel with a total of 112 square-feet in total. A staggering 35 square foot courtyard is perfect for entertaining and you have access to a ground level private courtyard. Undercover parking is available which is off street and very safe. The property itself if complete with anything you may need, from boasting European kitchen appliances, a coffee machine, BBQ and outdoor entertaining/dining space. **NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.** The following major destinations are all within a short distance from this beautiful property. ☞ Wesley Hospital - 350m ☞ Toowong Village Shopping Centre: 1km ☞ Suncorp Stadium: 2.2km ☞ City: 3.8km Auchenflower is located in the city's inner west, renowned for its steep narrow streets perched with views over the city. It is home to many chic and trendy spots to get a bite to eat, an afternoon drink and a spot of shopping. NOTE: - Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25. - All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children. - Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group. Strictly No party or loud noise policy. This property has wheelchair access. Please note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000. "Things You Need to Know Before You Book" - We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement. - We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification. - We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. - All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. - Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation Upon booking, you are agreeing to this requirements. We had a great time on Brisbane. The unit was clean, attractive and comfortable. Everything worked fine. Laundry soap was even included which isn't always the case. The bus stop was a 10 min walk or the ferry 13 min. Our car rental was in a covered area off the street. The only con was that information regarding entry is sent 24 hours before, and I was just a little apprehensive as time drew closer. I had not experienced this procedure before, but all was good and their entry procedure went as planned. I would not hestitate to use the company again and do recommend this unit.

We have stayed here several times while we have had renovations done. Very convenient, very clean and comfortable. Well appointed as we did not want for anything. Also an excellent unit to keep a small dog as well. Will book again.

Well presented and comfortable. Hosts did a great job making the unit welcoming. Great TV, modern appliances, good range of utensils/cookware, nice hot shower, soaps/shampoo provided, fast internet, undercover parking. Handy location, walkable to ferry (1km). Only issue we had was the traffic noise from Milton Rd woke us up at 5am on first day, Easily solved thereafter with ear plugs. Regular communication from host, professionally operated. All up it was a quality stay. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay in Auchenflower apartments. The apartment is lovely, with anything you could possibly need. Washer, air con, large walk-in closet, lovely bathroom, lovely kitchen, lounge. We had a large non-shedding dog with us and the small outdoor area was perfect for him to wander out in. Cant think of any cons, would stay again, highly recommend. Thank you

A lovely little apartment in a great location. The enclosed courtyard makes it ideal for those travelling with small pets. The place was clean and well-appointed and the check-in process couldn't be smoother. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Brisbane.
