Situated in Bridgetown, this attractive condo for $440 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Ocean Reef 102 is simply idyllic! This spacious luxurious 3 bed 3 bath unit is located within 2 minutes of the popular St. Lawrence Gap and on the only natural lagoon in Barbados, known as Sandy Beach, with its all sand bottom stretching over 100 yards from shore to its protective barrier reef. This provides for ideal swimming, snorkeling and yes – swimming with turtles! This Ocean Reef unit is one of few with a private infinity plunge pool. Two of the bedrooms are effectively en-suite master bedrooms - both with magnificent views of the sea which is literally no more than 40 feet away. Ocean Reef is a luxury 4 storey condominium complex situated on the South Coast of Barbados and consists of 12 units which are all ocean facing. It is hard to find a more perfect location being situated on a low 6-foot cliff overlooking and on the only natural lagoon on the Island, known as Sandy Beach; and within a 2-minute walk of the popular St. Lawrence Gap with nearby restaurants, pubs and nightclubs. The unit measures just under 2,000 sq. ft and is fully furnished and equipped with everything to make it your home away from home. The lagoon is protected by a barrier reef and provides ideal swimming and snorkeling conditions. You can walk from shore to the reef with the water reaching no more than waist height at low tide. The actual beach, which is accessed by stairs leading from the property, stretches several hundred yards long, providing lovely swimming along its entire length. There is an infinity plunge pool on the patio for your private enjoyment, as well as a well-equipped gym and covered car park. While barbecuing is not allowed on the patios, there is a dedicated outside BBQ area on the oceanfront. Shared economy Levy: This new levy was introduced by the Government of Barbados with effect from August 1st, 2018. It is 10% of the booking fee and is collected on arrival at the villa. My sisters and I stayed here with our husbands, as a group of 6. We loved everything about this place and would definitely book here again! Great location, AMAZING view from the 2 larger bedrooms, gym in the building, and the hosts were easy to communicate with.

All four of us really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef 102. Jason promptly meeting us upon arrival - and having the refrigerator stocked as requested - was just the start to a great stay. Communication is extremely important to me, and every question I asked through WhatsApp was promptly answered and every problem was dealt with quickly. I was most surprised that when I asked if it would be possible to get a mattress topper - as the mattress was very firm and bothered both me and my wife - that they had put one on the bed by the end of the day. Then when I asked where I could get a small screwdriver to put the screw that held my eyeglass lens in, they brought one to the condo. I highly recommend staying here, not only because of the fabulous location and views, but also because of the great service!

Top notch condo by the ocean. Can't get much closer to the ocean than you are in this unit. Jason is a great host, very informative and polite. The deck overlooking the ocean is perfect! King size beds in every room, bathrooms everywhere, even cold beers in refrigerator! We had a great time. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Reef. The view from the patio is truly spectacular. The accommodations are lovely however the bathroom showers are looking a bit run down. Also if you are 3 couples they only provide 2 sets of keys which is a hassle for the third couple. Finally- there are permanent families living in this block- and the patios are not very private. We received a noise complaint the first day - just sitting outside laughing and having fun. We were always on guard after that first night which did affect our socializing. If you are a group that likes to enjoy the patios and the spectacular view - you just need to understand the sensitivity to noise in this building. Overall the condo was extremely well equipped, the kitchen In particular had everything you needed. Every morning we had sea turtles that came to visit and as far as the location- 10 out of 10. We love the Gap it is really beginning to look prosperous. The Dive restaurant is a fun place to hang out , eat, dance and watch hockey!!!

We thought this property was terrific ! The views of course were stunning and the condo was spotless, comfortable and very well appointed. The plunge pool was a big hit with the 2 kids in our party. The hosts ( Tina and Phillip ) were extremely easy to contact and very helpful. We highly recommend Ocean Reef 102 and would love to return.

This lived up to all expectations. The photos are true representations of the property. The location is perfect. The views took our breath away every morning. It wasnt clear that the gym was on a different floor and shared with other properties but this didn't take away from our luxurious experience

This property is simply stunning. Waking up to that beautiful view everything morning was simply amazing. Philip, Tina and Jason were a pleasure to work with and were willing to help out when needed. The location simply couldn’t be better. Just steps away from the Gap gave you walking distance to night life and restaurants. Also extremely safe and secure. You really can’t go wrong with this property.

With this being our third vacation in Barbados and the two prievious times stopping at an All-Inclusive we decided to go self catering so we could get out more and explore more of the Island and bajan culture. Traveling back there this time with our three children aged 18,16 and 12 to show them Barbados and where we got were 19 years ago!We were met by our host Phillip who was only to pleased to pass on as much information regarding the Condo and surrounding area, thanks Phillip. Picking this apartment as our base was the best part of our stay. The location doesn't get better! Local night life with plenty of choices to dine out, we used Castaways, Sharkey's and Happy days for breakfast all located along the Gap. Never before have we been so eager to rise when the sun comes up and just sit for a couple of hours with a brew on the decking and just take in the views. The fisherman going out first thing to catch squid, the sting ray/ turtles and fish swimming in the bay, and the sun glued to the rear of the Condo from sunrise until dusk. The Condo itself wants for nothing, everything that you'd ever need for your stay is present. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area is most comfortable, both having superb views of the reef. In all the condo is a fantastic size giving everyone their own space should you require it. We will definitely be looking at staying here in the formidable future when we return.

Was such a lovely place to stay for a holiday! We spent our mornings eating breakfast on the terrace looking for turtles and sting rays and our evenings in the plunge pool before we head out for dinner. Tina, Phillip and Jason were all so helpful and anything you needed the apartment had! Was an amazing holiday!
