Situated in Rosemary Beach, this attractive house for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Seacrest has been rated among the best developments on 30-A and this house sits on the front row with beautiful gulf views, steps from the beach and pool. You won't need to take a 'second look' to know this is where you want to spend your vacation. This beautifully designed 3 story, 4 bedroom/ 4 bath beach house is spacious and has beautiful unobstructed views of the gulf from the second and third floors. Top floor features a large partially covered deck with unbelievable views of the gulf. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME TO ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH VRBO. Two masters with king beds are located on the third and second floors. One has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and the other has a rainfall shower and separate tub. Hardwoods and granite throughout make this house first-class all the way. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and a small sleeper sofa with a private bath with double sinks & beautiful granite countertops. Downstairs the final bedroom has 3 twin beds and a double bed. Doors from the main area and the twin room access the fourth bath. All the bedrooms have balconies. You won't want to leave the house, but you must, to enjoy the 12,000 square foot pool steps away and the beautiful beach just across the street. A charcoal grill is available at the house if you want to cook out. Beautiful Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach adjoin Seacrest and the town of Seaside is just 15 minutes away. Restaurants and shops are plentiful all along 30-A and you won't have to look far to find a spa including the Aquarius spa at Seaside. We loved how central this location was to rosemary and Alys. The bedrooms are spacious and while we were up early with little kids, we really enjoyed a cup of coffee watching the sunrise from the roof deck. The house provided just the right accommodations for what we needed on this family getaway!

This was such a fantastic vacation and wonderful home. Rachel was always very helpful whenever we had questions. The home had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were comfortable, and the top floor patio was amazing! Beautiful ocean views and a great space to hang out after our kiddos went to bed. It was a short walk to the beach and pool, and not too far to most restaurants and shops! We would definitely stay again.

This house is close to everything. A short walk to the beach and pool. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip with our grown children and 1 yr old grandchild. The third story balcony was a huge bonus that we enjoyed each night!

We loved everything about this property! The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, comfortable, beds, spacious bathrooms, amazing, amazing location! But best of all, the deck on the top floor with the most gorgeous views of the Gulf was the icing on the cake! We will be back!

Awesome Location and Perfect House
This property has everything you need. It's a great location and plenty of space for a large family. We ended up walking to just about everywhere, including the beach. The owner was great to work with. We hope to stay there again for another beach trip next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Second Look. The neighborhood is so nice and the house is only a short walk or tram ride to the beach. My kids loved exploring on the bikes that we rented. It is such a lovely area and we hope to go back someday.

Wonderful property with plenty of room to spread out. It's a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We loved the Seacrest community - extremely safe and family friendly. There was an issue with the air conditioner on the main floor which was resolved immediately. The owner was extremely responsive.

We had a long weekend getaway for our family, and it's definitely a place where we'd be glad to stay again. The communication with the property manager was excellent, and everything went fairly smoothly overall for our entire stay.

This house has a great layout and is in a fantastic location- quick walk across 30A to the beach access, easy walk to Rosemary, and easy access to the big Seacrest pool. The house was very clean.
The house would be five stars with a few changes. The most important one is more effective window coverings in the top floor master bedroom. At night, the room is very bright and the window coverings let the light through. One exterior spotlight from the house next door shines directly into the room and at the bed. When that light is off, the streetlight below keeps the room very bright. If we had a darker bedroom I would have given the house four stars.
Other issues: The top floor refrigerator and ice maker were both out of order. Not having these (and not having working cold water in the sink next to them) really detracted from the functionality of the top floor deck. Anyone wanting to have appetizers or cocktails on the gorgeous deck needs to drag everything up several floors.
An area rug in the dining room would up the very scratched floor and make the room look a lot better.
All that said, it is hard to beat the layout and location of this house.
