About this house rental
Nestled in Albany, this lovely house for $153 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Amity View is a very comfortable fully self contained modern house, located in Parade St Albany. It is only a 450m walk to the cafes on the main street of the inner city. The house facilities will enable up to a maximum of 6 persons to stay at a time and our pricing will vary according to number of guests and bedrooms which you have booked. There is a total of 3 bedrooms, each with a Queensize bed, dual control electric blankets. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower and toilet, whilst the second bathroom has a shower, bath and separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes, Induction Cooktop, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher. Bring your own preferred choice of Coffee Pods or use ours, for the Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine. There is Free unlimited WiFi Internet. NetFlix & Amazon Prime are provided to the TV's in both the Home Theatre and Lounge. There's a reverse cycle Air Conditioner and plenty of hot water. A baby portacot and high chair is also provided free of charge with guests to provide their own cot linen and cot blankets. All bed linen and towels are provided and have been professionally cleaned. You only need to bring Beach Towels and a book to relax. The house is freshly prepared for each of our new visitors. The laundry has a washing machine & tumble clothes dryer. Covered Patio with an outdoor setting. (Note: there is no BBQ). Onsite Parking is provided for 3 vehicles and there is also plenty of free on-street parking in marked bays for visitors. The home is approved by the City of Albany for use as Holiday Accommodation. There's lots to do and the scenery is magnificent. Situated on the rise of Parade Street, Amity View overlooks the harbour and is only a short 450m walk to shops, cafes, pubs, growers food markets, historic buildings, Princess Royal Harbour and the local cultural scene. A 30min walk away is Middleton Beach, Mt Clarence and a number of historic walks. Don't miss the new Anzac Interpretive Centre and Garrison's Restaurant: the new complex is a special tribute to our Anzac Heritage. PET POLICY : Prior arrangements to bring pets must be sought from the Owners. Only after being granted permission by the owners, then a maximum of 2 Pets may be allowed to stay. PRICING : Our advertised base pricing allows for two persons occupying one bedroom. If a second or third bedroom is required, please advise and an extra charge will be applied. For each extra guest above the initial two persons, an additional person or bedroom charge will be incurred. An itemised quotation, will be provided by HomeAway at the time of your booking, according to the total number of persons you have nominated to be staying. GUEST NUMBERS : The maximum allowed Guest Numbers are strictly limited to a total of six paying guests. No additional persons may sleep on the floor of the house or camp outside in tents, campers or in vehicles.

This lovely house was perfectly clean, very spacious and fitted out with everything you need. It was fantastic to come back to such a quiet, comfortable and relaxing home after days exploring the wonderful region in and around Albany.
Amity View is in a great location very close to the main street of Albany with easy access to restaurants, shopping etc but in a nice quiet street with no traffic noise.
We loved the view out over the water.
The booking, check in and out processes were seamless and the hosts Geoff and Vib fantastic to deal with. We definitely recommend Amity View for an Albany stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amity View. The house is just lovely and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, basically just your food. The view is just stunning. We particularly loved the art and decorations to make it a home. Plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. We would definitely recommend Amity View. We had a wonderful stay at Amity View. The location was perfect and the property was perfect for the stay of myself, wife, daughter and son-in-law.
Everything was beautifully presented and the generous provision of some wine was an unexpected bonus.

Amity View is amazing and is even better than the photographs. We had no complaints everything ran smoothly from check in to check out. The house is very well equipped with everything you could think of and even better it is dog friendly, The owners were available if needed and were most accommodating The house is very central to everything so you can walk to restaurants. We highly recommend Amity View, yes you can see Amity from the house.

Our stay at this location was simply fantastic! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the showers had excellent water pressure. The views were absolutely stunning, and my dogs had a blast. The garden was low maintenance and the hosts, Geoff and Vib, were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Plus, being within walking distance of everything made our stay even more convenient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Fantastic, would definitely stay again! The property exceeds expectations and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Geoff and Vib are extremely thoughtful hosts with tips and recommendations to make the most of your stay. The view is spectacular and within walking distance of everything you could need or want including the Brig Amity! Cannot praise our stay enough and that it is pet friendly stay! A rare gem!!

The house is so big and beautiful, so spacious and bright, the kitchen was really nice and the view from there and the living room is gorgeous! We had our cat with us and she loved it as well, very comfortable & clean with everything you need. The outdoor area was lovely to sit and have some drinks , and the walk to and around town was so easy from there. We hired scooters which you could park near the front too , very handy. Great communication as well with the hosts being very friendly and helpful when I couldn’t find the key code.

This property is just beautiful, you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. Fantastic views of the harbour. Super comfy beds. Everything catered for, lots of coffee pods & even welcome wine & chocs on arrival. The attention to detail is spot on. The pictures do not tell the full story. This property has a real homely feel. You do not need to bring the the majority of normal day to day requirements - Washing up and washing detergents, liquid soaps milk tea/coffee (there is a pod coffee maker) and also some toast spreads. The owner requests that food useful to the next guests to be left on site if not required. The pantry is evidence of this.
My wife and I stayed 3 days with another couple and it was great to come home to after a day being a tourist. York Street is close and the view is a bonus. It's also great to have a garage with direct access to the house.

Gorgeous home, fabulous views.
Beautifully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. The views over the bay are wonderful. The welcoming wine and chocolates a lovely touch by the owners. Tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork, sculptures and designer furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with more than enough of everything to make your life easy. Nespresso coffee machine and a variety of coffee pods, selection of teas, and even milk provided . So sit back and relax.

The home itself was very well catered, everything you would ever need is there! Also received a lovely bottle of wine and message for our arrival. Chocolates on the beds and a bowl of chocolates in the theatre room. Kids loved that!! Spotless and well maintained, lots of spare linen, washer and dryer is clean, beds are fresh and comfy. Lots of storage in the rooms too. Ohh the beds have headed blankets for the winter. Really it has it all. Thank you for letting us stay. We will be back!

Really Lovely Home
Highly recommend to stay in this spotless ,fully equipped residence ,location only a short walk into town, could not be bettered. From a fully equipped kitchen , theatre room , laundry, to under cover patio with furniture to relax on with outstanding views over the harbour .
This is the total package, cannot be bettered .
Communication with Geoff was totally professional and straightforward .
