1. Quiet and reasonably comfortable.
2. Layout of unit good.
3. Living area reasonably equiped.

1.Lock to rear door not working and could not be opened. Lack of maintenance.
2.In both showers the hot and cold taps could not be turned off unless excessive force was use thus water would slash over the floors.
3. Washing machine had cloths left in it from previous tenants and were wet and the odour penetrated into the unit. This washing machine when tried to use and do a clean out wash kept displaying a malfunction and would not operate. When reported you could not get it repaired or replaced. Poor, when tenants doing an 11 day stay.
4. Your attention to clean hygiene and cleanliness
by cleaners is poor.
5. Hot plates poor function.
6. Blinds in living area malfunctioning, need repairing.

The location was great, access to the beach and walk path was great. It was quiet.
The BBQ was handy as a cooking alternative.
The extra towels were a bonus and the washing machine and dryer handy.
The Beachside management team were responsive when we had a problem.
In formation on induction cooking would be helpful as not everyone (me included) are used to using this method and I had trouble the first night as I was not aware you needed to have the “hob” switch on. Perhaps there could be a sticker at the switch or in formation in the folder. The cooktop looks like it has been damaged previously.
More detergent for washing up would be good as would a dish drainer for the sink. And I think cutting the sponge/scourer to the size we were given was miserly. And more than two tea towels would be great.
A salad bowl would also be handy. We went and purchased our own tongs as there were none in the utensil drawer.
The ensuite bathroom in our villa was tiny and had no bathroom cupboard.
