Loved the large open space. Comfortable beds, chairs and lounge. Everything we needed was there - thank you. Bathrooms were lovely. Having heaters and pedestal fans was so amazing - we all sleep differently. Fire pit was beautiful on a cold night! Lovely outdoor area.
Main bathroom door wasn’t locking - we just gave everyone a heads up if we were going for a shower or bath.
Nowhere to put soap for hand basin - a pump bottle would work better. Maybe some outdoor dining/bbqing would be an added bonus? Such a lovely space to be enjoyed.
A neighbouring property has a spotlight on at the rear of their building 24hrs a day, at night it can shine in your eyes. It comes straight through the lounge glass doors.

The house is beautiful, very well organised and clean.
The shower pressure in the downstairs bathroom was a little bit weak for hair washing but to be expected with the big rainshower showerhead!

Very spacious
A lot of natural lighting during the day

Good sized TV with comfy sofa

Wonderful air conditioning in the main kitchen, living / dining room, and up stairs bedroom
No curtains or blinds for the large glass door to the backyard
No frosting or tinting for the glass doors / windows resulting in being able to see inside the house from the outside
Some of the plates, cutlery, utensils were not cleaned properly
The "neighbours" fog light(?) is always on and you can clearly see that from the living room shining at you
No air conditioning in the ground floor kids room and bedroom

Average internet speed. We believe it is 100/20. We tried to ask the agents prior to arriving and they did not know
We made it a point to make homemade meals, so you will need to buy all your seasonings, condiments, etc. There is salt, pepper and oil available but we ran out of the salt and oil 3 nights into our 5 night stay.

Location and overall property size was impressive, all the good standard inclusions you'd prob want, great for a family too. TV and sound system were quite nice in the living area.
So there was no seal on the bathtub plug when I arrived quite late, bonus to the B&B team as they sorted it out first thing in the morning. The bed downstairs slopes off at the end, like the base is broken, feels like kids might have jumped on it.
The key lock box process is clunky to be real about it. Just unnecessarily difficult, but I was glad they answered the phone at 10:30pm. In an ideal world I would have been sent all instructions and the code in a email, which wasn't done. Considering you have to pay upfront, no cancellations etc., I should get all relevant info right then. If you want privacy in the home, this one IS NOT FOR YOU. The cascade of folding doors which face the windows of 5 homes easily have no blinds. In the main living room no less. Great for natural light, but even a sheer curtain or a couple of hidden rollers would have made me feel a lot more comfortable.
Also, your drains could be cleaned as there is a horrible smell coming from them when you have a hot shower and the hot water re-activates the baddies in the pipes.
