Beautiful home, clean, close to everything, safe suburb.
Water pressure low (not the hosts fault!) And a king bed would have been nice but no biggie!

We loved the Property. it was perfect for us. It felt clean and fresh. Great location and bathrooms nice and clean.
The airconditioner in the lounge area was not at all effective. We were not expecting it would heat the whole downstairs but it didn't even heat up the back living area. It was not a particularly cold weekend, however even after the aircon was left on all day it didn't feel like it.

Thoughtful extra touches (e.g. footstool for tall cupboards, measuring tape), beautifully presented property. Feels high end. Great communication with host.
Heating: split cycle downstairs struggled a little during cold wet days - needed to really turn up high for more elderly members of party to be comfortable. A useable fireplace would have been lovely.

The house was clean. There was a guide-book on enterance so I didn't have to open the email to check details again and again. This house was well equiped actually this was the first time I booked a house and there were more than expected utensils, coffee/tea, even oil & seasoning etc.
The location of the house is ideal as well. everything is nearby.
Everything was top notch.
