About this cabin rental

Nestled in Rocky Mountain National Park, this lovely cabin for $473 per night is a great option for your next break. YOU GOTTA CHECK THIS OUT! DON'T BE PUT OFF BY THE BEDROOM COUNT! PLEASE READ ON for the full description. Missed Winter? Don't miss Summer! It is so quiet and peaceful. Want the absolute finest and won't compromise? This is the real deal! THE PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE! REALLY! Not your typical vacation rental. It is a high end custom home with so many unique features you won't find elsewhere. If you are looking for impeccable craftsmanship and something really different that is 5 star quality and a cut above all the rest, you've found it! This is the very best! Hand built by the owner with materials from around the world, this 3500 square feet home sits on 4 manicured acres. It features pines and a huge grove of Aspen trees bathed in a sea of wildflowers (when in season). This is not a kid friendly house and we try very hard to make it top notch. We have to limit the number of quests due to septic restrictions. It IS the finest place to stay for adults and older children. Absolutely no pets to maintain the pristine condition. Water feature? In the front yard and viewable from the dining room is a seasonal stream that cascades over a 400 ton rock waterfall. This provides drinking water for the wildlife that gathers here. Wildlife? On any given day you could see DEER, ELK, BEAR, BOBCAT, RACCOON, RABBIT,SQUIRREL, COYOTE and our resident WILD TURKEYS, all frequently drinking. In the past we even had Condors! With 9 skylights, there is plenty of natural illumination and the massive walls make the home a refuge of solitude. Log accents and vaulted ceilings abound. The upper level features a vaulted entry through an oversize handmade mesquite door, living room with wood stove, kitchen with dual fuel range, microwave oven, dishwasher, enormous garden window, and distressed hickory cabinets. Of course, almost every kitchen appliance and utensil you could want is there, too. Decks: There are two, one in the front and back. The rear deck overlooks the area where the Mountain Man Rendezvous scene from 'Centennial" was filmed. At night, relax and watch the canopy of stars in the velvet sky. Want entertainment? Enjoy the Home Theater: Not a TV with a few speakers, this is a dedicated 5.1 channel audiophile room with high end equipment, acoustically tuned, and recliner chairs for 3. In addition there are 2 beanbag chairs to move around for extra people. The sound quality easily exceeds commercial theaters. Kitchen: Just about every imaginable appliance and tool you need is there. Propane gas grill is outside on the front deck. Bedrooms: All have luxurious high end mattresses and the finest bedding. King size bed (1) In the master bedroom-ultra luxurious, Queen size Beds (2) Two of the lower sleeping/bedroom areas have lush pillowtop queen beds., Twin or Single Beds (2) Trundle sofa unit that makes into two beds. And there is a futon/couch facing the lower fireplace. Only can sleep 6 but pick your favorite spot! The master suite has a king bed facing the stone gas powered fireplace, and a wall of mirrors covering the walk-in closet. The master bath is a wonder of stone imported from Greece, India, Mexico, Italy, Brazil and Tennessee with a rock wall on one side. A vessel sink is framed by two antler sconces which tie in to all the other light fixtures in the home. This room is also accessible from the front deck. Down the beetle-killed pine spiral stairs to the lower level and you'll find a tiled tour-de-force full bath, a smaller bedroom with a trundle bed, and an open luxurious Queen bed suite with a huge stone fireplace fronted by a solid copper grille, complete with its own TV. Off in its own room is another pillowtop Queen bed and leather massage chair, ready to ease those stiff muscles from a day of hiking. Work it out! There is a mirrored exercise room complete with home gym, bicycle on magnetic track stand, dumbells and a bench! Sit out on the porch at night and watch the moon through the quaking leaves of the aspen trees. Solitude, yet only 3 miles from downtown Estes Park. Rest your body and your mind. Hiking: Just out the door and up the road to the National Forest, 1 1/2 miles to RNMP, or take the short three mile hike to downtown Estes Park. It's easy going but uphill all the way back. Dining: Some of the best dining is close by, and you don't have to fight the traffic to get there. There is a door to the master suite but the wall is open across the top. This is an open plan and the privacy comes from being the only bedroom upstairs. Please Note: Absolutely no tobacco products of any kind and we request you leave your shoes in the entryway. There are plenty of slippers for your use. Sorry, no pets of any kind, and children TWELVE and over due to the exceptional high end finish and safety issues. Ask if you might have an exception. We are also limited to 6 people total as this is on a septic system and this is a county regulation However, for the ultimate luxury stay that exceeds high end hotels, and for those that appreciate and can take care of a fine home, this property has no peer. Read the reviews and rest assured that it will exceed your expectations and is much more impressive than the photos convey. No one is ever disappointed. Disclosure: There is a Ring doorbell on the front porch aimed at the driveway and a Ring security light/camera at the rear door aimed down the hill. These are only occasionally looked at to check weather mainly in the winter to monitor snow levels. The cabin was beyond our expectations as it was spacious, extremely clean, wonderful views from multiple areas, a comfy movie room, and amenities. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and a birthday and much to our surprise the host treated us with a bottle of champagne. We will definitely be back as the place is outstanding and the host is wonderful.

We loved everything about this beautiful home; extremely comfortable and relaxing. We had daily visits from turkeys and deer, and some some elk a ways down the road. The serenity was perfect for our family. Michael was very helpful with local information and coordinating our visit. Estes Park was a great destination vacation.
