We're so proud... Come down and enjoy the absolutely amazing view - there is nothing between you and the ocean but 40 feet of white sand and 2 palm trees. We guarantee that when you open the door to the Theatre on the Beach - you will be blown away. After admiring the view - admire our stunningly beautiful Kitchen, Master and Guest Bedrooms, Master and Guest Bathrooms, and our Plus with it's hand painted Mural of Palm Trees. Just adorable. Granite counters, amazing amounts of storage in the kitchen, top-of-the-line stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and appliances. Central Air Conditioning - natch! Cooking with a view - why not? In the Master Bathroom there's a fab double headed shower - Massage heads on one side, rain shower with rain shower hand held on the other, granite counter tops (of course) - and a Toto toilet. In the Guest Bathroom we've gone old school - luxury relaxing tub, shower and massage shower head, and granite counter top. Check out the pictures... it's so lovely. Want more - you got it! Beach Towels, Beach Toys, Snorkle Gear, Junior Kayak, Paddle Board, Games, Coolers, Changes of linen, Changes of Towels - all supplied - along with our oh so handy washer and dryer to keep things clean. More Fun at the Theatre - 60' HDTV with Satellite TV (over 200 channels), Blu-ray disk and DVD player - and now 2 fun Free Kayaks for you to enjoy - the Sunny Side - our Bright Yellow Tandam Kayak, and Yellow Frenzy - one person Kayak. What is our PLUS? It's our hidden extra bedroom with it's palm tree mural. Not only do you have an over-sized Master bedroom (with fab view of the beach and ocean), a lovely Guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and lovely view of our gardens, but there's an extra room with 2 twin beds - excellent for overflow - or just close the door - you are down to 2 bedrooms (with office space if you'd like). And we have a desk, office chair, and a huge monitor tucked into a corner to make work (if you have too) easy too! And if you are wondering where the name Theatre on the Beach comes from - its to honor our extensive Caribbean themed DVD collection. And a selection of my favorite videos if you want something besides Caribbean. Plus - we've have unlimited FREE high speed internet - bring your own laptop and the internet access is on us. So if you've decided on St. Croix - choosing the Theatre should be an easy decision! Called the Surprising Virgin - St. Croix is a wonderful mixture of the laid back character of St. John and the hub-bub of St. Thomas. And because it's large enough to have it's own farms and industry, prices are not outrageous! In fact, local fruits and vegetables are actually quite a bargain. Theatre on the Beach (unit 215) is located at Sugar Beach resort - just five minutes by taxi from Christiansted, but a world away from the noise, bars and nightlife. It's peace and quiet with an ocean front. Our 400 feet of sandy beach front means lots of room for everyone to play, our large free-form swimming pool beckons, and of course there's also tennis on site. Our unofficially onsite restaurant - Le Cuisinier - is one of St. Croix most popular - and it's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Just don't miss trying a Lime in da Coconut - it's one of the most refreshing tropical drinks I've ever enjoyed. Theatre on the Beach isn't just fully furnished, it's professionally decorated to make your stay not just relaxing, but fun as well. It's just 6 steps up from the parking to our front door. Modern, comfortable, wonderfully decorated (Thea Alvin - our decorator and good friend - was featured in the November 2013 issue of 'O' magazine), with tons of extra amenities. (sigh - just describing it makes me what to visit!) We've put in every appliance you can imagine, Gourmet kitchen utensils - upscale pots and pans - even Caribbean themed dishes are yours to enjoy. Even better, Theatre on the Beach has ceiling fans in every room - in additional to our central and super efficient AC system - not that you'll need it with the huge 30' private porch that gives you your amazing view of palm trees and ocean. Just FYI - We’re all Ready for you after COVID-19. Outdoor access - so no hallways to navigate. Of course we’re properly sanitized by our cleaning crew prior to your arrival. Full kitchen so eating in is super easy. Our Washer/Dryer makes keeping clean without exposure super simple (and free). And the stores of St. Croix are ready to welcome you (in a safe way!) Great view of the ocean and access

We decided to do something way out of the norm for us and spend Thanksgiving in St Croix. We originally had booked another rental and they had to cancel. Luckily we found the Theater on the Beach and Leslie let us book on short notice. Wow we really lucked out!
The condo has the most spectacular view from the veranda. Being right on the beach with palm trees in the foreground and overlooking the Caribbean's patchwork of turquoise is just amazing. We enjoyed waking up with our coffee every morning with the tropical breeze easing us into the rest of the day.
The condo has all of the comforts of home. It is clean, tastefully furnished and decorated. I particularly like some of Leslie's own works of art.
It is conveniently located about 2 miles out of town. You have the choice of eating in with a kitchen that has all of the essentials or checking out the local fare. We did both. On Thanksgiving we ate next door at the Le Cuisinier having lobster and lamb. Hamilton's was our favorite for dinner and Brew STX and Nates for lunch or late afternoon meal. They are both on the board walk overlooking the harbor.
There is lot's to do. You can drive just about anywhere on the island in about 30 minutes or you can just chill on the beach or hang out by the pool also well maintained.
The one trip everyone should make is to Point Udall. It is the eastern most point of the USA. It is a peninsula providing breath taking vistas.

Fully stocked is an understatement! The condo has everything you need plus!! Supplies were well thought out - the only thing we had to bring was ourselves, food and drinks. Great location - you can travel from one side of the island or the other within 30 min. We would have loved to have explored with the paddle board or kayak but neither was accessible during our stay. Despite this minor detail, we would stay with confidence at any of Leslie’s properties. Thank you for sharing your home!

Yep! It was not the right time to stay! The damm brown seaweed gave off a nasty smell. All 5 guests are sick, two weeks after staying at The Theater on the Beach! The beach itself was useless! We drove 30 minutes away everyday!

Condo was better in person than the listing if that is even possible. Leslie was full of information and the condo had all the things we needed and more! The kitchen was fully equipped to accommodate a chef and the condo was just perfect for 2 couples and a 10 year old for 2 weeks. Unfortunately the sargassum was really bad during our stay so we could not really enjoy the porch, pool or the Caribbean breezes but we were glad to have a car to visit other beaches on the island where the sargassum was not present. I highly recommend a car just in case. Overall We loved our stay and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the hosts and condo.

We really enjoyed our time on St Croix! This property was a great place to base ourselves for the weeks vacation. It also provided a great beach and pool along with providing all we needed ( beach towels, chairs etc) for the vacation!

Truly appreciated having all of the comforts of home at this property. The location was centrally located. Since it is in a small complex it was also very quiet and relaxing!

We loved staying at the Theatre on the Beach. The condo was very well equipped and working with Leslie was such a pleasure! She left no stone unturned. The location is close to downtown Christiansted, making it easy to get out and see what was happening in town and all around the Island. If we return, we would stay here again!!

Perfect location right on the beach and close to Christiansted. Clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Leslie was incredible to work with and went above and beyond not only providing a perfect condo but also giving recommendations for the area. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

You have to rent this condo in St Croix. Leslie the owner and the property manager so easy to work with any questions or concerns! We stayed during the Christmas Holiday Sugar Beach Theater is definitely the place to stay in St Croix. We also rented a van everything’s so convenient to get to. Thanks Leslie!

We had the most perfect vacation… the Condo is amazing… had everything you need. The view is exactly as shown in the pictures.. we spent a lot of time out on the veranda… it was so quiet and relaxing… the pool was great too!!!!! It was fantastic!!!!!

We booked this condo with Leslie's other property to accommodate a group of 9. This condo had 4 adults (1 couple, 2 singles) in it. Last year we all piled into one condo at a different complex, but this time it was nice that everyone got their own space. The keypad entry made it super easy for everyone to access so people could do their own thing and not worry about a key. Leslie made the entry to both condos the same for us which was extra convenient for our large group. The condo was well appointed and had lots of seating.

Cute Condo + Great Location
I booked this for a quick girls trip back home and it didn’t disappoint. The community is safe and quiet. There’s lots of space to sleep. Take advantage of the pool and tennis court. Do get yourself things to put in the fridge, like water/juice, etc. The owner was so friendly and always available to answer any questions.

Well stocked and beautiful!
Communication was above and beyond! Every question was answered with great recommendations and tips. The location was beautiful and well situated in the center of the island. We did lots of snorkeling right off the shore in front of the house. There were tons of extras in the rental such as a cooler, mask and flippers, umbrellas, beach towels and so much more. All the things that are hard to pack if your flying.

Fantastic Beach View
This home had some wonderful aspects! The beach view from the porch was fantastic! The staff maintaining the condo unit were friendly, and they groomed the beach every day. Fantastic to walk out of the condo onto a nice beach! The long-term residents of the condo were also very friendly and welcoming. The back room for children was a wonderful addition - close to parents but had their own little area where they could have some quiet. Only downsides were loud AC unit, and that this row of four condo/resorts was surrounded by low income housing and it Felt uncomfortable to walk more than a short stretch of the road. But, the location was a convenient short drive to the Boardwalk, grocery, marina, and everything on the east and central part of the Island.

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views, warm ocean. The condo was great, Alisha was a great contact to have on island. She is a treasure trove of info about St. Croix, knows all the places to go. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip.

The condo was beautiful . The view breathtaking. The hostess thought of everything. The beach was unbelievable. Highly recommended to stay here. Must rent a vehicle it’s so worth it!! Went snorkeling right I front of our condo and the reef was full of life!!

We had a wonderful stay at Theater on the Beach. When my husband turned on the tv to watch Christmas movies, I went to the balcony and watched the Christmas winds. We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and perfect and almost like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us!

Great for Girls Trip
Communication was superb, home was clean, & all needed kitchen and bath items were available. Only negative was that we were unable to access the safe but we felt very secure at our location so that wasn’t a huge issue. Will recommend this rental for any friends visiting the island in the future!

Taking our mom home for her final rest
This family trip was one we dreaded but knew could still be beautiful and memorable. And it was at Theatre on the Beach. Leslie knew the purpose of our trip from the reservation and was compassionate, caring, and considerate of our inquiries prior to arriving; tailoring her responses to reflect of our purpose for being on island. She was very responsive to our needs and transparent about availability of her property manager, whom did respond in a timely manner and checked in to ensure things were going well. The space is beautiful and had a great layout for our group of 6 adults. Including 2 over 6 feet tall. The location is perfect to the beach! We had the best beach side view compared to the others and made for amazing beachside breakfasts on the enclosed patio. It also has a wonderful kitchen if you like to cook! And a tip, the disposal switch is embedded in the counter, not on the wall! (And if it's not working when pushing, try looking under the countertop to see if the reset switch is turned on/off!) If anyone suffers from sinus/allergies be sure to bring a personal humidifier (or maybe Vicks) to use with the A/C turned on at night or you may suffer from inflamed sinuses and coughing spells. And who wants to experience that on an island vacation? Parking is easy and the pool/clubhouse is another great place to chill away from the ocean. Overall, we had a great time and it's a beautiful space to relax, spread out, and enjoy the chill island vibes. Thanks, Leslie, for hosting us!
