There is ample room at the kitchen breakfast bar and the dining table for all your guests. After a long day in the sun and eating a good meal, you will love kicking your feet up and relaxing in the spacious and comfy living area. There is a nice-sized flat screen TV to enjoy the game too. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -NOT PET FRIENDLY. It is a clean, comfortable rental in a great location. Customer service was great; very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend. Nothing too fancy but had everything needed to be comfortable and just a short walk to the beach.

Bought some Clorox wipes and wiped everything. Washed all dishes before using them. Floor was gross. Bought a Swiffer wet jet and mopped them. Living room furniture was in poor shape. A/C was good. Pool was suspect. Not sure if the dryer is vented to the outside. Beds were fine. It was relatively quiet. I wouldn't recommend this property.

This rental was perfect! I loved that it was a corner unit by the big pool! It made loading and unloading easy since our vehicle was right around the corner. Everything was super CLEAN and nice! We had everything we needed for our stay. Fridge was huge and beds were comfy. The beach is within 5 minutes walking distance and we love it. Checkout was super easy and is at 11a which is nice. HIGHLY recommend this unit to rent!

Winter getaway
The unit was very clean and neat. Dishes, glasses & cooking untensils were well supplied. The location is great...short walk to beach and short ride to shopping and restaurants. While we didn't use the pool it sure looked great. We would definitely rent from Padre Escapes again.

Condo had everything needed for our stay Very low water pressure but suspect that is because it is an end unit. Sofa seats losing their firmness. I would stay again. The mosquitos were more than plentiful and I went to two stores to purchase citronella candles but none to be found. This did limit the amount of time we could spend on the porch.

Wonderful Getaway
This is our second stay here and we may not stay anywhere else b/c this is so perfect! We make yearly family trips to NPI for the kids to enjoy the beach and the pool. We first stayed here 3 years ago and loved it. We decided to try a few other properties for various reasons and they never were quite as good. We love the location at the end of the building, its right next to the pool so we literally just wanted through our gate and the pool gate. It's about a block walk to the beach on a side road that is not very busy, so easy to access with kids and a wagon. The property itself is lovely, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen and living room. Fast Wifi, excellent cable + on demand for the kids and well maintained. We will gladly stay here again in the future on our next trip to NPI! HIghly recommend!

Beautifully Decorated Beach House
My husband and I along with our 2 adult children stayed here for 3 nights in August to replace a cancelled cruise vacation.
We loved the pool area and how we could just walk to the beach. Inside it was really comfortable and I absolutely loved the decor. Could not sit in the patio area because the mosquitos were brutal. Would’ve bought yard guard or citronella candles had I known.
There wasn’t a toaste, and also I would’ve liked to known what type of coffee machine so I could be more prepared, or maybe supply a few filters.
Great size for the 4 of us and it was a very relaxing getaway. We would definitely come stay here again.

Easy check in, super clean, spacious, and excellent service from the property management. We had a blast and even got to check out late on our last day so we had some extra time at the beach. Only a short walk to the beach! Loved the pool and how easily accessible everything was. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the roomy living and dining areas. The pool was right outside the little front porch which was both good and bad. Friday the property got crowded with a lot of people and the noise escalated(music/pool gate slamming). Our kids loved the pool setup (waterfall/ splash area) and the playground, you could walk to beach but in about 15 minutes, we drove with the kids and all the gear. I would stay here again and be prepared for the crowds. lOved how the unit was decorated!

Padre Escape properties are the best! Any concerns are addressed promptly. This unit was fairly well appointed. The bedrooms are very nice. The livingroom sofas are tired and uncomfortable, but we understand they have had much use. We love the porch for reading and the heated pool is great. We'll be back next year!
