Situated in Rosemary Beach, this attractive bed and breakfast for $588 per night is a great option for your next vacation. South of 30A carriage house located in Rosemary Beach with two free bikes! Enjoy your coffee on the quiet porch area every single morning. Clean, gorgeous and the PERFECT location. The beach is a 1 minute walk to walkover A. Playground is a 30 second walk from the property and the closest homeowners pool is a 1 minute walk from the property. This property sits on a coveted homeowners green and is perfect for relaxing, a picnic or letting the kids run around. Garage Parking: Rosemary Beach is a small quaint town, but does not have a large amount of parking. Carriage house comes with one garage parking spot as well as a driveway spot (unheard of in this community!). Please note that parking is tight in Rosemary Beach, whether it be in the garage spot, the driveway or street parking. Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the garage near the parking spot. Unlimited detergent is available for our guests. Main Floor: Up a set of stairs brings you to the carriage house which houses the eating area, small kitchen, porch, bathroom and sitting/television area. A NEW pull out queen sofa bed awaits your arrival and is perfect for your little ones to sleep in. Kitchen: The kitchen is recently updated, quaint, but adequate. Second Floor King Room: Follow the stairs up to the loft where you will find a king bed and mounted television for your stay. The stairs curve up to the second floor. Although you cannot see the bedroom area from the first floor, there is no door to the sleeping area. Swimming Pools: Rosemary Beach is home to several homeowner/guest pools. The pools available are Coquina, Barbados, Cabana and Sky pool. Coquina pool is the closest to the carriage house and approximately one minute walk from the home. Abaco on the Green has a private swimming pool that is reserved for our main home renter. Main house can be rented with the carriage house. Main house VRBO #7431246

Great spot in Rosemary where it’s nice & quiet. Sleeping area in loft is tight. Going down and up stairs to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night may not be a good idea if you are of a certain age.

On the spur of the moment I needed a quick getaway vacation. I found this property online. The photos and descriptions I saw online represent the property exactly. I loved the carriage house in which I stayed. It was beautiful. Communication with the owner was excellent; it could not have been better!

We had the wonderful opportunity to stay in both the Carriage and Main House. Both were well appointed with gorgeous furniture, comfortable beds and great sheets. The host Rebecca was incredibly kind and available for anything we needed. We can’t wait to come back with our family and stay again in this amazing property. If we could give this 10 stars we would! Nothing here was missed.

I brought my two kids (under 3) who had an amazing time. There were toys for them to play with, amenities for me and my wife to utilize, and plenty of comfort.

The carriage house was amazing, Rebecca was very easy to contact and responded immediately. No issues at all just general neighborhood questions. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close walk or bike ride, (provided) to the beach. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.
We enjoyed evening strolls through the beautiful neighborhood.
It was a great vacation stay.

Wonderful Rosemary Beach Experience
My wife and I are picky on where we stay for vacation and this place has it all! The location is perfect, being right in the middle and within walking distance from the Beach, pools, restaurants, shops, etc.. The property is overall very cute, quaint, clean, and well-kept. The Carriage House
We loved the unit and were pleased to be there. Great location. The bed linens and pillows were not what we expected and the majority of window blinds were inoperable. Still, we highly recommend this property.

The house was located in a perfect area to walk or bike to many exceptional restaurant, shops and beaches. We rented chairs and umbrellas on the beautiful white beach and swam in the crystal clear blue/green ocean. We were in Rosemary Beach for a wedding which consisted of a rooftop patio rehearsal dinner, bomb fire on the beach and a glamorous wedding and reception on the grounds of the Pearl Hotel. It reminded us of a New Orleans feel with the addition of a beach vacation. Will be back and would not hesitate to rent the carriage house again or the main house with our whole family!

This was a great carriage house for just the two of us. The location was perfect for going to the beach and walking to dinner. The little kitchen wasn’t a problem for us for the week and it had lots of things to help make our stay enjoyable. Rebecca was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Carriage house did not disappoint. Clean and cozy. A thick mattress topper for the pull out would be a huge bonus and a small ice maker or a freezer/cooler in garage to hold ice. Otherwise perfect!!!!

This property was perfect for my husband and I! Walking distance to restaurants and shops, close to the beach and pool. Kitchen is small but adequate for what we needed. Nice small table to sit outside. Comfortable living area. Bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is down. I wish they were on the same level. The owner was so easy to work with. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I loved staying in Rebecca’s carriage house. The location was perfect to the beach and to all the restaurants/shops in town. We could ride the bikes provided anywhere we wanted to go! Rebecca was super easy to communicate with and was quick to answer any questions we had. The home was just what we needed for a kid-free getaway (although with the pullout couch & kid toys available we talked about how fun it would be to bring our kids!) and we can’t wait to come back!
