The property is clean and tidy, and was spacious for our group. Having a bath was a huge plus with the kids as many condos only have showers these days. Easy access in and out of the parking lot. Quick walk to beacon hill park and a supermarket in James Bay. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our time in Victoria at Tim's place so much. It was an easy walk to so many restaurants and sites. Just beautiful! Great view and very secure building. Our flights were delayed and we got in 7 hours after we were supposed to, but were still met and oriented to the building! Loved this place and Victoria!

The location of the condo is great! The condo is very nice and comfortable. The person that met us showed us to the parking place and condo which was helpful. She did not give us instructions regarding how to open garage doors.

This condo was comfortable, clean and had a great secure parking spot. The open kitchen with living room made it comfortable for 4 adults to be able to plan out the day/weekend! The location was extremely convenient for walking around the harbour, grabbing dinner or a morning coffee. The owners had provided everything that we could possibly have needed! We hope to back at a later time!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It's location was ideal and allowed us to walk everywhere. Trudee was a great help with the check in process and was very thorough going over everything we needed to know. We entertained extended family for Thanksgiving & had all we needed to prepare a great turkey dinner. We would definitely recommend this spot and would stay here again in the future. Thanks, Tim!

Just like reviews from other guests the condo is clean, spacious, modern and has everything. Also, it would be nice to have one more item in the kitchen. We're looking for a pair of scissors but couldn't locate it. The location of the condo is excellent even though the address is a bit small on the front door. Parking stall is large enough for my rental mini van. Large balcony is great. However the garbage room is quite far (down in the parkade). One note for guests with rental vehicles. On the check out make sure you exit the parkade prior to returning the fobs otherwise you'd be stuck down there just like us. Trudee did give us the instructions earlier but my son forgot so he went up to return the fobs when we're exiting the parkade. We then realized we still need the fob. Luckily I saw someone bringing out garbage and asked him to let us out otherwise we'd be late for our ferry and flights back to Edmonton & Toronto. Trudee and the owner Tim are quick to respond to our inquiries. I would definitely return or refer friends to stay at this condo.
