Located in Toquerville, this charming house for $145 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This awesome 3 bedroom home, is tastefully furnished. The spacious open area connecting the kitchen, dining and the living area creates a fun gathering space. The kitchen is fully furnished including some basic cooking supplies. The beautifully furnished master suite includes a King bed, large TV, walk-in closet, large master bath including garden tub, double sinks, and shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and bedroom #3 has two twin-size beds. The home comfortably sleeps 6. A wonderful place to come home to after an adventurous day, hiking, biking, golfing or sight-seeing.

We stayed here as we hiked Zion National Park. It was a short but easy drive to Zion. The home was clean and ready for our stay. There was a minor issue when we arrived, but it was immediately resolved!! There is a great grocery store close by. I recommend staying here!!

This house was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast there for a couple of days. There was a cute little grocery store less than a mile away. Our family of 5 was able to watch a movie and all have a place to sit. It was a great place to relax after spending the day at Zion. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay for a family of 5. Plenty of kitchen supplies for a quick meal after spending a day at Zion National Park. A couple games and puzzles for family time and relaxing out of the sun. A short drive (half hour or less) to Zion

Plenty of room for a family of 4. Close to Zion (about 30 minutes). Grocery store only 3-5 minutes away. Several restaurant options within 10 minutes. Park across the street. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. If you are visiting Zion I would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, functional, and well cared for. The mattress is far too soft for our taste. The pantry didn’t have the minimal set of supplies we have come to expect in VRBO rentals—not even a salt shaker.

Eileen has done an amazing job setting this property up as a home away from home! Everything was clean & usable! The sectional was comfy and large enough for our six adults. The beds were comfy! The towels & bedding were fresh! The kitchen was stocked well with everything needed to make the meals we made there.
The communication with Eileen was quick and thorough!
The drive into the neighborhood from the main streets was a bit sketchy! The neighborhood at that point was pretty run down and we were questioning where on earth we were staying BUT don’t let that detour you because by the time we made it to the house we were in a better neighbor hood and the house is across from a nice green grass park.
It’s not if we will be back…it is when!

House was as advertised, maybe slightly 'newer' feel than expected. Very clean. BBQ was awesome and heats up to 500 degrees within 5 min. Grocery store is a few stop signs away. Drive to Zion ~30min. Perfect location.

The street this house is on was better kept. There was a park for children right across the street.

This property was INCREDIBLE. We absolutely loved the house and everything that was provided there. The house was clean, organized, well kept and perfect for what we needed. The hosts were responsive and so kind and helpful. We went to Zion National Park both days and the drive there was beautiful and only like 25 mins. It was one of our favorite vacations EVER!!

The house was perfect for our two week stay. It was nice to have pantry stocked with various spices/seasonings, coffee filters, also had plenty of laundry detergent and dish soap. Everything was immaculate.Very comfortable master bed, and living room area. A great spot to come "home"to after a long day exploring the area.

We stayed here as base camp to the parks. Comfortable and spacious. Well appointed and quiet. Owner was very accommodating with questions about the property. We would definitely stay here again if we revisit the specific national parks

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It easily accommodated 6 adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and organized. It has a nice kitchen with a spacious refrigerator. The premise was located in a quite neighborhood. We stayed here for 3 nights and drove to Zion national park every morning.
I was a little disappointed when I noticed the smart AC controller was locked. Our stay was during late October when the weather started turning chilly and windy. We couldn't turn on the heater the first two nights, and it was challenging to keep our infant warm during the nights. The manager was very responsive to my text messages, but the owner had the pin code and was out of town! Eventually, the manager could reach out to the owner to unlock the AC.
A note by the AC controller explained that they had locked it because some tenants had kept the temperature so down in the summer that AC broke. But I think what they did was an overreaction and compensated the convenience of us. I hope they repair AC or show more trust in the visitors.
Overall, this was a comfy place and we recommend it to travelers that want to enjoy the generous beauty of Zion.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, spacious home. We enjoyed the bbq and patio area, garage, washer and dryer and well stocked kitchen. Perfect location for day trips to all the amazing parks in the area. Highly recommended!
