Spectacular Views! This recently upgraded condo has 3 decks each with breathtaking views of the lake and China Peak Ski Resort! A nicely furnished and very private 1750 square foot end unit has 3 bedrooms, loft, and 3 baths. It can accommodate up to 8 guests-- six in bedrooms, two in loft. Three miles from China Peak Ski Resort this condominium features wireless internet, 47 inch flat screen TV, wood stove, Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom, and nice art work. Enjoy summer BBQ's on the deck, watching the Regattas, and wildlife. Hiking, fishing, boating, sailing, mountain biking and many more activities to make memories of a lifetime.

This townhome was a great choice for our family for a four-day ski trip to China Peak. We only had five people, but the space would easily accommodate eight. The location is excellent: it’s just a five-minute drive to China Peak, and there are trails for sledding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing right out the front door. The space is comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. If you visit in the winter, bring a shovel: the front entrance is up a long flight of stairs that are not cleared by the HOA. Also, bring wood for the wood stove if you want to have a fire. Note that the owners are fairly hands off: they did not monitor the app during our stay but did provide a phone number (we didn’t feel the need to use it).

Trip was great , Place was never nice Upon arrival there was some cleaning that had yet to be completed, each bath room the little garbage container had not been emptied ... some towels hanging in master bath from prior rental
