Indoors, on the main level, enjoy spectacular views from the living room, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen & butler's pantry and a spacious dining room. The main level also offers a cozy game and puzzle room, an office/study, a grand piano, a bedroom/nursery, two bathrooms, a mud room and a connected two-car garage. Upstairs, you will find a spacious master bedroom with spectacular water views and all the amenities you would expect including a soaking tub and gas fireplace, plus two additional comfortable bedrooms and a large lofted TV sitting room. The Property Outdoors, you will find a long perimeter wood deck with a gas grill, a wind-swept gazebo, 660 feet of accessible pink rock and boulder-covered waterfront and 15 acres of private woods. A large granite outcropping located on the property is accessible at low tide, for the freshest ocean air in Down East Maine.
