Situated in Okaloosa Island, this attractive condo for $382 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our luxurious Emerald Isle Dreams Condo is on breathtaking Okaloosa Island at the beautiful Emerald Isle Club. The Gulf of Mexico and its beautiful turquoise waters are steps away right out front. This beautifully decorated three bedroom, two bath condo is on the fourth floor of a building directly on the Gulf, with two balconies offering great side views of the beach and Gulf. Okaloosa Island is a stunningly beautiful barrier island between Ft. Walton Beach and Destin that is famous for its laid-back atmosphere, pristine beaches, water sports, and awesome family attractions. Our unit #402 is a spacious 1,700-square foot 3BR condo that was recently totally remodeled and updated, from floors to ceilings. Everything in our unit is new - appliances, beds, furnishings, linens, bath towels, dishes... everything! The Emerald Isle Club is a great family-friendly building. Spring break and partying groups of singles are not allowed. It's quiet and relaxing and you and your kids will be safe and secure and have a ball here. Our unit is ideal for two couples with 2-4 young children. We can comfortably handle 7-8 people. Please note that 8 people is our limit and they should not be a group of adults. Our condo is set up and geared for families and the third bedroom is most suitable for kids, not adults. We have two balconies! Both have comfy furniture and awesome side views of the beach and the Gulf. The main master bedroom has its own private side balcony with views of both the Gulf out front to the right and the intercoastal waterway to the left. It has a new memory foam king-size bed and private, luxurious attached bath and deluxe walk-in glass shower. There is another king-size bed in the second master bedroom, which also has a private side balcony with a wonderful view of the gulf. The guest bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom and shower. The third bedroom also shares access to that second bath with tub and shower and has a twin bed and a twin-over-regular bunk bed. This is a great room for kids or extra guests, though the top bunk is not meant for anyone over 100 pounds. The twin and regular beds can accommodate adults, just not the top bunk. There's a comfortable living room with sofas and chairs. There is also a separate family room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat and chair that is great for family games, movies and relaxing. It can be closed off as a fourth bedroom for sleeping privacy if desired. As noted above. the unit is great for a large family or two couples with small kids. It is ideal for up to eight people. Groups over 8 need prior approval to book. Large and brand new flat screen high definition televisions (five of them) are in all the major rooms, The living room has a 55 inch Smart TV with DVD. All the TVs have cable. We have free internet wi-fi for your devices. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new cooking utensils, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, deluxe Ninja blender and appliances. We have is a Pack 'n Play for babies and a small booster chair. There are coin-operated washers and dryers in a separate laundry room down the outside hallway for your convenience. Out front on the beach, our guests have daily beach service with two lounge chairs and an umbrella, set up for you each morning and included with your booking at no additional charge (service provided March 1 through Oct. 31). We also have boogie boards and some beach toys for fun by the water! Watch the dolphins as they play in the beautiful emerald-colored waters. Or the sea birds as they skitter up and down the surf line. Feel your tensions and stress slip away. Rental kayaks, paddleboards and other beach toys are available right out front, too. There is a beautiful seasonally heated swimming pool for you and your guests, right in front, just off the beach. Outdoor grills, picnic tables and a spacious deck are great for beachside picnics and socializing. Inside #402, you’ll love morning coffee on either one of your own private balconies, listening to the waves in the afternoon, watching the stars come out at night. There are comfy chairs and tables on both balconies for lounging or outdoor dining. There is absolutely no smoking (or vaping) inside this unit. There are so many things to do here and in the immediate surrounding area of the Emerald Coast! Our beaches are considered to be among the very best in the world. Play beach volleyball on sand so clean it squeaks underfoot. Laugh with the sea lions at the world's oldest, continuously operating live marine show. Land a big one from the 1,261-foot-long fishing pier five minutes away. If you want to explore, the area abounds in fun things to do and experience. Destin, with world-class shopping and dining, is a 10-minute drive away. There are marinas and attractions right nearby, like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park just a mile down the beach and Destin's Harborwalk Village, where restaurants, activities, and entertainment abound. The spectacular Gulf Islands National Seashore is a short drive to the west. The condo was perfect for our two families … the two masters gave everyone their own space and the extra living room area gave the tweens/teens their own area to hang out in the evenings.
A great location and just steps from the beach!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and are already hoping to return again next summer! It was spacious and the location was great; we loved being able to look out the window and see the beautiful ocean view and take a short walk down to the beach. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Condo is very nice and has so many sleeping options. It worked great for our blended family that went. It had everything u needed especially for cooking. One suggestion i might make to add some more kid friendly plates into the dishes that r there. We just grabbed some paper plates to use because my kids would have definitely broken the glass ones.
The owners were very responsive when we needed them. We had a water situation that needed addressed immediately. They were on it and even called the next day to make sure there were no more issues.
The one thing that was not ideal for my family was the parking. This is something the owner has no control over as the spot assigned is just the way it is. For us it was challenging as its in a covered area with a wall on one side and a pilar on the other. We have a big suv and a handicapped child so we had to pull the car out to load him in. Plus side was the car stayed cooler because it was covered. Like insaid this was just not ideal for our family but could be perfectly fine for everyone else.
Other then that we have nothing but good things to say! Thanks for having us.

This property is as perfect for our family vacation. Kid friendly, easy access to the beach and pool, two living spaces and ample room provided all of our needs. Jennifer and Mike provided great communication and were so easy to work with.
We sure hope to return again someday to beautiful Okaloosa Island.

We had an awesome time on the beach. The location is close to multiple restaurants and things to do. The listing was 100% accurate and we had no problems with the property. Only thing I would have a complaint about would be to have more towels on hand for a larger group that stays in the future. Not a really a complaint just more of a suggestion. The property was clean and very nice.

Clean, safe and great location. The property is close enough to the attractions but far away enough from the heavy traffic. The pool was just outside the back of the property and the beach was just behind the pool. The unit had plenty of room for 6. Parents, kids and grandparents all had a room. Next time we will stay longer.

The check in information was very detailed. The condo had everything we needed. The two living areas was perfect for adults to play games in one area and the children can enjoy themselves in the other area. My wife and I had our own balcony at night and my son and his wife had their balcony - all with a view of the water.

Great family vacation
We had 5 adults and 4 small children and it was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and the extra living space was a great play room for the kids. The house was stocked with some toys and small dishes for the kids. The owners were kind and proactive in their communication. It was a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Wonderful home close to the beach
My husband and I took our three kids and 5 parents on a beach vacation. All 10 of us had plenty of room in the condo. It was wonderful being able to walk right out to the beach whenever anyone pleased and be able to go back to the house at any time for a nap lunch etc. The kids loved being able to jump bin the pool and play when we didn’t want to deal with the sand. It only took a few minutes to get to Destin and all the amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this condo and the hosts were very helpful!

It’s was an amazing trip!
Property was just like the pics! Very comfortable and clean. Our weather was amazing and the owners were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a family vacation! Would also recommend dinner at the Gulf which was maybe a mile from our condo! Great food and atmosphere.

Such a great experience
This was such a great experience. The owners are so nice and the property is absolutely amazing! We had so much space to be able to hang out together or take some time apart and for a group as big as mine (7 adult women) that is a big deal. This was so wonderful and we will be coming back next year!!

Very easy check in process, close to Destin and Navarre. The Shack and Stewbys were excellent restaurants!! Right on the water, can't beat that. Had plenty of room for everyone. No complaints whatsoever!

We did miss the full frontal view of the beach but again, just a personal preference and in no way bad review on the property. Probably one of the cleanest condos weve stayed in as well. Hardly a trace of sand upon arrival. We had a great stay.

This unit was updated and everything inside was very nice even though the complex itself was not as new. We loved being steps from the sand in the morning and enjoyed our stay very much! Clean and spacious
With 5 adults and 2 children this beach large beach condo was perfect for us. 1700 sq feet was just the perfect size for us. This split floor plan is just the ticket for 2 families. The cleaning company does a great job preparing between tenants as this place was very clean. Very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds very comfy. Furnishing in nice shape as it looks like they were recently renewed. We had a question about parking so I called the on-site manager but she never returned my call. We eventually figured it out. In high season parking could be an issue.
All communication with the owners of this property have been A+. Even though this is one of the oldest condo buildings in Ft. Walton beach, built in about 1975, It appears they do a pretty good job of taking care of it. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. One small negative and of course no reflection on the condo owners is that the barbeques down by the pool are in bad shape and should be replaced. All in all this was a super place to stay and we would recommened this condo to any large family stay.

Wonderful condo
This condo was great and everything we needed for a wonderful week in Fort Waldon. My kids loved all the extra room to spread out and the adults loved having matching master bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals for the week. We were so pleased with the views and beach being steps away. The beaches are prettiest we have been too. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future.
