This condo is the perfect place to stay for people who enjoy serenity and peace. If you like to watch the waves crashing on the cliffs, glorious sunrises and the Milky Way at nights I would highly recommend you to stay in Suzie’s condo. You will find everything you need for your relaxing stay in this nicely decorated in costal style cozy apartment.
The view from the windows in all rooms is amazing.
You can walk to Turtle Cave and to Sealoge Beach and snorkel there. I also recommend Anini Beach for snorkeling.
We found out that the AC in the master bedroom was making noises. Suzie informed the maintenance people about this problem, but they didn’t show up during our stay. However, we were turning AC off at nights and opening the window in the master bd enjoying fresh breeze from the ocean.

The cottage was exactly as the pictures posted. So adorable. Clean, beds comfortable and a beautiful view of the Ocean from the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need.

If you are looking for a place that is clean, newly renovated and furnished w/ top of the line everything...and with amazing views and location then look no further. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay and have zero bad to say. Just a lovely property that has everything you need! We look forward to coming back again in a couple years!

It was a wet visit to Kauai and the best condo to be at! Amazing views from bed, easy in and out location and luckily on the east side of the bridge that was shut down to weather. Loved that we could wash our wet clothes, cooked many meals in their extremely well equipped kitchen, and enjoyed many sunrises from the property.

I’ve stayed at many rental properties in Hawaii but this one beats the others hands down. The oceanfront views and the birdlife on the property was amazing. We appreciated the beautiful interiors and the well stocked kitchen. We will definitely come back again. Mahalo!

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and it's gorgeous. The decor, design and location of the unit are outstanding.
The views are so good we didn't want to leave to tour the rest of the island :)
The condo is well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking, and the Foodland grocery store is just a 5 minute drive.
If you're in decent shape take the trail down to Turtle cove, the entrance to it starts at the building next door.
We'll be back.

Of all the vacation rentals we've ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a large number over the years, this may just be our favorite! It's fabulously beautiful, comfortable, impeccably clean, quiet and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The knives were the BEST we've ever used in a rental - sharp! The view is stunning - and from ever room. The back patio is well outfitted with comfortable furniture and we loved having coffee and meals outside. The location is great - close to all the fantastic things to do and see on the North Shore. There are beach towels, nice beach chairs and good snorkeling provided for borrowing. Great communication with Susie who was very quick to respond. I felt like we could've lived here! I wish we could've stayed longer. I'd definitely come back!

I would rather not say very much about this property for selfish reasons - don't want it to be booked. This property is perfect. The 'Devil is in the details and someone put a lot of time, effort in the details of this home. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We are hesitant to give an appropriately positive review, as we want to keep this gem all to ourselves! The condo is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. It is the perfect base camp to have an excellent time exploring the island. The condo has all the comforts of home. Suzie was extremely responsive and addressed any questions immediately. What an awesome house! Designed to perfection, with beautiful decor, high-quality furniture, gorgeous master bath with a view of the ocean, clean, very well equipped, with probably the best location at this complex. The best part - is your view!!!! From every single room in the house, you can see turquoise water and blue sky... we had to wake up every morning just to catch the sunrise on a huge private green lanai. with plenty of comfortable chairs, couches, coffee tables, etc, ... we also ended up having many dinners outside, instead of going out. Hidden Cove where you can see resting turtles is within walking distance from the house as well as Quinn Bath is around the corner - 0.5 miles. We had a great time, very happy with the house we chose. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Suzie’s place. It is beautiful decorated and clean. You can’t beat the views. It was really quiet and more like a little cottage than a condo. We truly enjoyed it! We had a couple of issues but hosts were very responsive and tried their best to help out.

The short review: stunning and perfect.... It is everything the photos show off and more. I can promise you that you have not stayed in a condo in Kaua'i like this before and if you have, I want the information. The design is like stepping into a high-end remodel on HGTV. No detail is missed. If you appreciate decor and interior design of where you stay like we do (it's what makes our breaks a condo for us outside of view, which you also win here), you cannot miss this rental. As my oldest daughter said, she felt like an old Hollywood movie star from the 40s. She nailed that review. Other surprises; the lighting is stunning. Dimmers everywhere to set the perfect tone to your trip. We keep finding with condos that people are mixing LED lighting everywhere and it ruins the interior of a living space. Plus, there is a full in-ceiling bluetooth speaker system throughout. If you want to set the most amazing vibe, connect your phone and play the best of Ella Fitzgerald and tell me this stunning condo hasn't transported you in both place and time. It's what we did and we are still talking about it. We will DEFINITELY be back to this stunning rental and this is coming from very picky renters when it comes to design and how a place makes you feel. If that is you and you are looking for a place on the North shore, stop and book this now. It is stunning!

As you pull up, there isn't anything that remarkable, but as you enter and then see the view from the back, you are blown away. The inside design and decor are more than magazine worthy, and the whole vibe is comfort. My party just wanted to stay here, relax, enjoy the view.....

The condo was very well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. It's located along the shore and we never noticed traffic or neighbors. Occasionally you'd see others walking to/from their place, but overall very quiet location. The view was wonderful and we really enjoyed listening to the waves crash against the rocks at night and in the mornings. Lots of beach equipment available to use. Owners were great. Highly recommend if it suits your needs!

Wow!!! Hands down the most amazing rental I’ve ever booked. The place is absolutely gorgeous with a view you can only dream of! Every morning we looked forward to having coffee on the lanai watching the ocean and the birds. We were even lucky enough to watch whales splashing around! My 9 year old son would get up to watch the sunrise every morning too. The house was better than a 5 star resort with all its amenities to make you feel at home. The house has everything we needed to take with us and explore the beautiful beaches all around us. And the location is key. It was close to everything: beaches, golf course, hikes and shops. Kauai Haven is the perfect location to explore. Lastly, the host, Suzie, was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. We can’t wait to hear back to this property.

We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful property. Peaceful location, with a fantastic view across the ocean. We saw whales from the lanai, which was very special. The property itself is very well appointed, we all had a great sleep in the very comfortable beds. We hope to come back and would absolutely recommend!

Unit is very well appointed and decor is fabulous. Upon arrival we encountered the primary bed was not made (sheets were rewashed as we weren't sure they had been), towels in dryer, dirty bath mats and kitchen counter, and carpet in unit had not been vacuumed. We took it all in stride, found what we needed and cleaned it ourselves. All in all - the stay was fabulous.

I echo all the previous reviews, this is a stunning condo located in a quiet neighborhood with a great view of the ocean over the cliffs. We had a couple days of heavy rain during our week's stay and we didn't care one bit to stay in! Very well laid out with every detail well thought out. My favorite part was being able to look out on the ocean from the shower! Amazing! Would rent this place again in a heartbeat! Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven!

We were a party of 4 (two couples) and had a lovely stay of 7 nights, and overall I would stay here again, but it came with a couple small caveats that may or may not impact you as a traveller.
First off and on a positive note, the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was more spacious and even nicer than we thought! Though the guest bedroom seemed like an afterthought in the design of the house and was smaller than expected, which I realize now was the reason for the lack of photos for this particular room. If you are travelling with children or a single person then it works but two couples is tight (make sure you take the master!)
The house was well equipped with everything we needed, minus a decent coffee maker. To clarify, there were the following options: 1 Keurig machine and 1 4-cup Breville coffee pot that had seen better days. I think ideally they want you to use the Keurig but we’d already gone to Kauai coffee company and purchased ground coffee and when we ventured to the nearby Food Land, the Keurig cups were super expensive. So we made do with our tiny and well used 4-cup drip machine. Got the job done but a bigger and more new machine would have been nice.
Views from the private and well manicured lawn are of rolling waves on an ocean that touches the sky. You may not get better than this! Outside seating was excellent and comfortable with an overhang to keep you dry during the frequent rain spells.
Everything you need for the beach is provided - chairs, umbrellas, floaties, towels, etc! There are several beaches within a 10-20min drive depending on where you’re headed. The provisioning of beach gear drastically improved our stay as we frequented the nearby Hanalei beach.
My final qualm was the check out checklist…including the washing and drying of all towels and stripping of beds. This became common during COVID but seems to have stuck around, and even though there is a cleaning fee attached to this rental, the request was there with a $15 penalty fee for every wash load the cleaners had to do if you didn’t. Both our parties had very early flights and we checked out by 6am, which meant doing laundry late the following evening and after showers in the morning (which of course meant getting up 2 hours earlier than planned since the wash and dry take close to 90 min). Good to be aware ahead of your stay.
On that note, I will say that the issues aside, it was a lovely stay and a lovely home overall. I do recommend!

We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect place to Honeymoon and relax than Suzi’s little piece of paradise . From the initial contact with her, to reserving, to opening the door and taking it all in….my goodness ! Her little condo/cottage is like staying at a 5 star hotel. Relaxing and taking in the views daily on the back porch/lanai was indescribable . Inside and out is perfection …If we could give 10 stars, we would ! Thank you, Suzi ! 😊☀️🌴

We loved staying at this gorgeous little hide away at the edge of the cliff. So much detail went into designing this property, from the double head shower/rain shower to the moldings, to the beautiful lighting, furniture, and sconces. It was so lovely to have beach towels, chairs, snorkeling, and beach umbrellas available as well. We did not want to leave! We can’t wait to come back!

This was the most amazing place to stay, it was so quite and relaxing. Even though there were plenty of TV’s, wifi and more we never turned on any electronics. It was better then staying at a luxury hotel in my opinion. I will most definitely book this again and stay longer. It was truly a home away from home.
