We love our Peaceful Maui Condo and want to share it with you! Enjoy views of the mountains, ocean, and golf course from our top-floor, vaulted ceiling condo. Our condo comfortably sleeps six and has all the amenities that you need to enjoy your Hawaiian vacation - just bring your suitcases and stop for groceries on the way in! Enjoy casual and fine dining restaurants close by. Some of our favorites: Spago, Tommy Bahama's Restaurant and Bar, Ruth's Chris Steak House, Ko, Matteo's Osteria, Fabiani's. Amazing Sunsets included at no extra charge! While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve. Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The condo is in a great location: ocean view, close to shopping and beaches.
Our condo appeared clean upon arrival but closer inspection revealed the carpet to be dirty with numerous stains. Contacting the property rental company proved pointless and the carpet remained dirty throughout our 2 week stay.
The condo is advertised for 6 people but there wasn’t enough seating at the dining table nor in the living area to accommodate all 6 of us.
We did not have 6 beach chairs and the umbrella was missing. We had to purchase both.
The dishwasher does not work well and the kitchen is lacking oven pans.
The walk in shower was wonderful.

Great location nice complex and pool. Master bedroom was spacious with walk-in closet and oversized shower. The other bedroom was nice for a teenager to have privacy but it did smell of mold or mildew when the AC was running. Nice kitchen with ice maker. The owner provided beach chairs and coolers. The Wi-Fi / internet was good

We just completed a stay at your property. We were extremely disappointed and upset when we arrived and the bdrm closest to the master bdrm did not have any AC. It had a very strong mildew smell which we think you know as there were air freshners on the mirror. The description under amenities says 'Air Conditioning' which is misleading. I think you should say 'Partial AC' cause the phrase about the 'pleasant mountain breezes' really gets lost. We got in touch with the mgmt company asap but they were not able to get us a portable unit until the next day. Unacceptable... The unit was sufficient however there are only 2 towel racks in the bathroom for 2 bdrms. The toilet in the main bath has a broken seat and makes a terrible noise until it completely fills. The tub was rusting around the drain control and the shower curtain rod is rusted. The exhaust fan was also extremely loud. The view from the Master Lanai is greatly overrated in the description and there are no chairs to sit on even if you wanted to. The dishwasher seems to be a little worse for the wear as well and would only run for us on Econ wash and was extremely hard to close. Some of the dishes in the cabinets had to be washed before using as they were dirty. The bdrm nearest the kitchen is sorely lacking drawer storage. The desk does not really offer much. The lack of any nightstand was difficult. All air conditioners were very loud and made it hard to sleep.

Had a great time. In the middle of a very high end area, yet still close to everything we were doing. Very easy to check in. We had our own parking space. The place was roomy, very clean and well prepare with what we needed. My next time in Maui, I will definitely be returning here!!!

Beautiful condo! Great location! The sunrise and sunset views from the lanai are stunning! The condo was very clean and well kept. Only issue was a clogged sink which CB Island vacations took care of the same day. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Hostile environment. After paying over $800 a day we were warned that missing towels will cost us $50. If the owner does not trust his patrons he should not rent the property out. Simple. He and potential patrons would be well served.

Everything was as stated in the ad, well equipped and clean. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We loved the large walk-in shower. Beach chairs were available but no beach umbrella. We'd stay there again.

Golf trip to Maui once a year. This was the first time staying at Grand Champions. Found ourselves a new spot for our golf trips. Both rooms are amazing 1 with a view of the Blue course. Living room and kitchen AMAZING. Large and upto date on technology. Only complaint if at all a complaint is the need for a larger coffee maker.

Wailea Grand Champions is a way to go
Our first family trip to Maui and we loved our stay here at the Wailea Grand Champions especially this unit! My husband loves golf so being on the course was a plus and when he played a round of golf, he was able to see us during the second hole! I love how I can see the ocean from the lanai but one of my favorite things about the lanai was there being a plumeria tree right in front! I love plumerias and that itself made the lanai everything lol!
This was a nice area to stay at and walkable to a coffee shop, Wailea kitchen restaurant, and the fancy shops. Beach is only a 2-3 min drive and also a short drive to Kehei. Overall great location to get to everything.
The host provided everything we needed: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, beach towels, and beach chairs. They even had a cooler if we needed it and beach toys which were essential for our toddler at the beach! Extra towels were nice and having washer/ dryer units in the place were amazing to have and they added laundry detergent too, enough to do several loads :). The host also provided us welcoming treats that included disposable masks, coffee, and snacks.
We definitely would come back to this unit. Mahalo for everything!

We enjoyed our stay at the Wailea Grand Champions unit 164. With two young children, we especially appreciated the large "family shower" which allowed us to quickly clean off sand after a fun beach day! The unit was well equipped and clean. My only complaint is that, being located right on a fairway, the grounds crew starts mowing nearly everyday at 5am!! If you're an A/C person you may not hear it, but if you enjoy an island breeze like we do you will be woken up bright and early by the sound of lawn mowers and sprinklers!

The rental was exactly what I needed for our Maui stay. This unit was located on the second floor and had a balcony that overlooked the second hole of the golf course. The ocean was viewable off in the distance. The rental company was great to work with and seemed ready to answer only questions or concerns. It is close to a shopping area and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

This is our second time to the Grand Champion. We loved our rental unit. It has everything you require and really appreciate the added touch of bath products, cleaning supplies and laundry soap. The unit is very clean and quiet. Great access to local amenities and easy access to the highway. Lots of local restaurants to choose from especially if you like happy hour. Would highly recommend this unit and property.
