About this house rental
The Richard Cottage (named after a former owner and lifelong friend of the land) is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, master bedroom on first floor with semi private bathroom. Fully functioning kitchen with stove, 2 sinks, dishwasher and refrigerator. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at your table for 8. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, utensils and more.
Enjoy the over 5 acres and your own private Lake Erie Beach Escape. Beach is a short 5 minute walk through a cleared path along the Lake or inquire about a gold cart rental for ease down to the beach! When you emerge from the end of the path you will find chairs, kayaks, life vests and more for your day at the beach.
Spanning over a quarter-mile of private shoreline, this is a living, breathing coast rather than a sandbox. The Lake Erie tides routinely deliver massive, weathered trees to the sand, transforming fallen coastal giants into striking driftwood monoliths. It is an authentic, untamed landscape defined entirely by the raw power of Lake Erie.
If you are in need of a larger home this home can also be rented along with the home next to it totaling over 3500 sq feet combined (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, A/C in both, multiple seating areas and sleeps 14+). We grew up in the area and this was the first time we rented on the lake rather than staying with family. Beautiful views, house was well stocked with everything we could need, and Lexi and Mike were the most responsive team we have ever come across in renting properties all over the country. They did everything possible to ensure we had a fantastic family trip!

This is our third summer staying here- the property, beach, and view is great- unfortunately we think the place needs some deeper cleaning. Lots of mouse droppings throughout the kitchen this year- especially in drawers We had no communication with property manager- was not necessary
