PROPERTY AT A GLANCE
Unit 1309 at Seawind is simply gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable!! It is a west end corner unit! This means you have an unobstructed and gorgeous view to the west from the deck and also the living room/dining area! So much natural light feels this spacious condo - it is wonderful!
The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer.
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, including 2 recliners, with a large HDTV and DVD player. The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 6 with 3 more seats found at the kitchen bar.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Gulf Shores overall. The layout worked great for our group, with two full-sized bedrooms and bathrooms plus a smaller bonus room near the entry. The decor was tasteful and one of the main reasons we chose this unit on VRBO. Each bedroom having its own smart TV was also a nice touch.The best part was definitely the balcony and views. Since this was an end unit, the 180-degree unobstructed beach views were amazing. I loved sitting outside reading and watching the beach below. The condo also included beach gear like chairs, umbrellas, and toys, which was appreciated.The beds were comfortable, though the pillows weren’t our favorite and there could have been more — but we admit we’re pillow snobs. Parking was easy, and the elevators were fast and convenient.The biggest disappointment was the pool area, which was smaller than expected and mostly shaded by the building. We also felt the management company could provide a few more basics for the price point. There were plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, but no spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, foil, or plastic wrap. Only two rolls of toilet paper and one trash bag were provided for four people for four days. The single-serve K-Cup coffee maker also brewed very weak coffee, so we ended up buying filters and using the regular coffee maker instead.Overall, a beautiful condo with incredible views and a great layout.

We truly enjoyed our stay the only complaint I have is the price and one of the elevators were broken part of the time which made it a very long wait being we were on the 13th floor but we came to celebrate my Pops 80th Birthday he is a combat Vietnam Veteran and he had a great time. My niece and her family rented the condo next door so it was a great family vacation!

There are 19 floors on this property and only 3 levels in car garage. Parking spots are extremely too narrow and most parking is on a severe incline! I will also add that there are only 2 small elevators and most of the time only 1 was working. Two positives, beautiful condo with beautiful beaches.
