Situated in Wailea, this charming condo for $150 per night is a great option for your next trip. Aloha! Welcome to our Kamaole Sands condo, a 2 minute walk to Kamaole III Beach. Our condo, with large lanai, is a private and beautifully remodeled ground floor unit with a peekaboo ocean view from the lanai. Our on-island contact/concierge Darrel Smith will contact you prior to your arrival to help ensure you have a wonderful stay. This 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a brand new Central Air Conditioning unit which is rather unique to Kamaole Sands. It is also equipped with a stocked kitchen, a wine fridge, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and Koa wood beautiful cabinets. It has two beautiful bathrooms with showers, a Sleep Number king-sized bed in the bedroom and a fold-down couch in the living room with Travertine tile throughout. It has two flat screen TVs, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, free WiFIi internet access, along with a new front loading Kenmore Elite washer and dryer. We also have accessories for your adventurous beach outings that include 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas and 4 beach towels. Our condo, located in building 9, is sure to meet your vacation needs and make you feel at home. Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular condominium resorts on Maui. It is 15 acres filled with tropical flowers, ponds and fountains. It has one large pool, 2 hot tubs, a kid's pool, 4 tennis courts, a workout room, ping pong, foosball, and 5 BBQ gas grill pavilions. On Wednesday evenings, Mai Tai parties are held at the pool from 3:00pm - 4:45pm. One free reserved parking space is included. Everything you need is within walking distance. It is a prime location for a relaxing vacation! During Covid, we ask that you limit visitors to our condo to a minimum and follow Maui Country rules for gatherings. Also, no visitors are allowed to use the facilities at Kamaole Sands, only checked-in guests. Beginning in January 2022, owners who rent out their condo as a vacation rental are asked to collect the registration fee and resort fee from their guests prior to their arrival. In the past, those fees were collected by the front desk upon arrival but they no longer wish to collect them from guests. This fee is now collected ($70) and paid to Kamaole Sands and Castle Resorts by us. The County of Maui has also imposed a 3% added tax to renters beginning Jan 2022. That tax is included in your payment. Tax ID #'s: 152-559-6160-01 and 135-957-9136-01

The location of the unit is within walking distance of parks and beaches. Several small shopping areas also within walking distance.
Location on the condominium property wasn’t as quiet as we hoped, condo backs an alleyway. Every morning we opened up the place for fresh air, but peacefulness was drowned out by the noise of motorcycles and noisy cars from the nextdoor apartments heading out to work. Opportunities we noticed and shared with ‘our on-island contact/concierge; master bathroom walk-in shower backup inches deep, spiders and webs next to night stands/bed.

The hosts were quick to answer our questions before booking. They sent detailed instructions to access the place and to enter the condo. The condo is cute, cozy and spacious enough for 4 people. There are 2 beautiful bathrooms with showers. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We took all our meals on the lanai. It is quiet and cozy. The area has a large pool, 2 hot tubs and Barbecues. The condo and the property are very clean. The location is perfect. We recommend this place, and we will rent it again if we come back to Maui.

It was my 1st time in Maui and the condominium was absolutely perfect . Check in was nice and easy people there were very friendly and explanatory. The representatives of the condo Darryl and Chris were very responsive to any and all questions I had . Would stay there again and again !

My hubby and I rented a car and stayed in this condo for 11 days. We had a wonderful experience. The owners and the property manager was very responsive. The condo itself was very clean and had everything you need if u wanted to cook. The location was a great spot. It’s in an areas full of other tourists who are also renting out condos for their vacations. You can def stay in this area without a car bc there’s restaurants that is in walking distance but I would highly recommend a car if you want to explore Maui. The condo had bath and beach towels, the washer and dryer was very nice and useful. I liked having the 2 separate showers so that we can get ready separately. This condo is gated so it’s very safe. Some others in the area are not. Especially with all of the homeless people around. There was also a gate with a code for u to if ur waking to and from the beach. No shark attacks while I was on Maui since Kihei area was high on the list to spot sharks in the water. I stayed pretty close to shore. I was out no more than 30 ft AND I did NOT GO OUT WHEN the lifeguards posted the flags. MAHALO

Overall the condo was exceptionally great. The only thing we noticed was the floors were a bit dirty. All of the appliances were updated and in great working order. The beach equipment supplied by the owners were great. Great location with no noise from any neighbors. Would highly recommend this condo for any of our friends and family, and we would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time staying at this resort as we love the location. This was our first time staying in this unit and we would happily do so again. This was a perfect condo for a couple. The condo has everything we needed. We especially liked the plush towels, cozy sheets and lush bathroom mats. The wine cooler was great at keeping drinks cold. We liked that extra security of having a gated complex. I was worried about insects with being a ground level condo but we had no issues. The condo was very quiet and we slept so well each night. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us. We hope to be able to come again!

Description sold this property short! Such a nice unit close to the beach, pool and a ton of restaurants were an easy walk along the beach. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

We really enjoyed our time in Maui! We have stayed in Kamaole Sands before, with more family members and friends in a larger condo. This condo was just fine for us two. Very beautiful inside! We never could get the sleep number bed to feel just right, but that’s just us. We ate on the lanai everyday, it’s more comfortable than the dining room chairs, it’s a pretty view out there, but it backs up to a different condo community, the street for it is very close, and can be noisy at times, like trash pick up times and fedex delivery truck times etc, we had stayed at the inside buildings of Kamaole sands in the past, and you don’t hear those type of noises there. I can understand needing furniture that can hold up to multiple users, but the couch and chair in the living room aren’t super comfy, but we didn’t stay inside the condo much. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler!! The parking spot is a couple of buildings away, number 138, not much that can be done about that I’m sure, just a little annoying. We love Maui, Kihei and Kamaole sands, we would stay here again for sure! Thank you!!

As repeat visitors to Maui and guests of your condo we once again enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotless upon our arrival. There is one upgrade that would be of benefit: The cleaning or replacement of the dining room table and chairs is required. The new flooring and awning type blinds in the bedroom is a great improvement. We enjoy the over size lanai in both mornings and evenings. The condo met all our needs and we look forward to returning next year.

This property was perfectly situated across the road from a sandy beach. Kamaole Sands resort is beautiful and has a wonderful pool and hot tub area and our unit was roomy and comfortable. A perfect vacation.

I would definitely stay here again. I loved all the updates to the condo. I was impressed with the size and loved the cool breeze that flows through. AC perfect for sleeping. We also enjoyed the Large pool, jacuzzis and Nice grilling areas.

This was our second trip to Kamaole Sands, but our first stay at this beautiful condo. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions I had before our trip and even checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well.
We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties but this was the most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. It has been updated and is very comfortable. They have thought of everything. It was nice to know the owners truly cared about their guests experience. The use of the chairs and umbrella were wonderful when traveling around the island too.
We absolutely love Maui and when we return we will be staying here for sure! Many thanks to an amazing vacation!

The unit gives you a very homey feel. It is very clean and spacious. The appliances are pretty new. The The location of the property is very convenient to shopping area, restaurants and to the Kamaole I, II and III beaches. You can watch the beautiful sunset just across the street in Kamaole III. Beautiful and a quick walk to a great beach.
The check-in process was fairly easy but a little more annoying than going straight to the unit. THe parking was unfortunately a bit of a walk from the unit, and I think it is the main office that assigns this. The finishings and the supplies in the kitchen were very beautiful and nice quality. Everything you need to cook is supplied. The Keurig ended up being so nice even though we thought we would prefer the other coffee pot. The outside seating area is lovely. The AC kept the place very comfortable temperature-wise. There does seem to be a moisture issue though. The smell in the bedroom was so bad (mildew?) that I considered finding somewhere else to stay the last night. Everything in the room felt quite damp- bedding etc it felt clammy. If this were to be fixed this would be a top-notch rental because clearly a lot of work was put into making this a beautiful space.

Condo was just perfect for the two of us! It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including stuff to borrow for the beach! Location was awesome, right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to some great restaurants. Check in and out was super easy and hosts were awesome to communicate with. This property is in a great location right across the street from the beach. There is also a lot of nice little shops and cafes in walking distance. Plenty of beach supplies provided which is a huge bonus. Perfect place for me and my husband to have an amazing vacation. No complaints.
