Sunrise And Sunset Color The Sky, Mountain Sides, And Clouds Creating Breathtaking Views That Change Daily And Are Awe Inspiring Each Time. The House Is Easily Accessed And Conveniently Located About 5 Minutes From Downtown Homer, 15 Minutes To The Homer Airport And A Few More Minutes Brings You To The Homer Harbor And The Shops And Beaches On The Homer Spit. With About 2300 Square Feet Of Living Space And An Open Floor Plan, The House Accommodates Groups Comfortably. The Main Floor Has Plenty Of Seating Space And Is Open To The Bay View From The Dining Room, Kitchen, And Living Room Areas. Three Of The Five Bedrooms Have Bay Views As Well; Two Bedrooms Have Garden Views. Patty, the owner, is great at communicating. She gave excellent directions to the house and clear instructions about how to use various items in the house. We greatly enjoyed our 3 night stay in August. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare several simple meals. The location was a short drive from town up on a hill, and we enjoyed the view and the flowers in the yard. We enjoyed driving down to the Homer spit and eating excellent grilled halibut at Captain Patty's Seafood restaurant. We also enjoyed visiting the Pratt art, cultural and natural sciences museum in Homer.

Loved our stay on Rosebud Court. The home was perfect for our needs with 5 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. The kitchen was very well stocked with a variety of spices, flour, sugar, etc. in the pantry. It had plenty of pots and pans and even had SHARP knives.
We loved the view. In fact, some of our party practically never left the front yard. The house is very well located to get to the spit and several great restaurants.

View was awesome, even when it was foggy. Two cranes were in the yard every afternoon/evening. Host was there if needed, otherwise made it seem like you were all alone, which is what we prefer. Nice, clean house with everything you need to cook in the big kitchen. Comfortable beds, nice water pressure. Would happily stay again!

Great location. Two restaurants within a few minute walk. Blue Hen has great breakfast and St Augustine Fish Camp had great food. Cute neighborhood. Nice having off street parking too.

Beautiful stay and property; not completely private
The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. We definitely enjoyed the view and our evening fires both indoor and out. We were surprised that the owner lives on the premises (in an apartment attached to the garage) as this was not mentioned anywhere in the listing (was only disclosed the day before arrival in the check in instructions). Patty is pleasant and accommodating but at times we were expecting a bit more privacy, such as an entire afternoon that we were home and yard work was being conducted close to the house and all around the yard. In addition, the angle of the outdoor photos make the fire pit yard appear totally private while in fact another home overlooks it. Don't worry, the view of the bay and mountains is stunning and it is a very relaxing and inspiring place to stay but just thought I would note this information for future renters so they can be prepared.

We enjoyed mountain view across the bay, Patty’s colorful flower gardens, the fire pit, and the comfortable beds. We picked raspberries and strawberries from the gardens and watched 2 baby moose and 2 Sandhills cranes wander across the lawn. Perfect home base for our Homer hikes and excursions.

This is a great property, tons of space and a great view of the bay. We were in Homer on a family trip and had four adults and three children in this house and had a ton of room. Patty supplied everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication was great. This house is in a quiet neighborhood just a quick drive from the spit.
