Convenient location close to town and parking right outside our room. Friendly staff. Room was basic with everything we needed.

Very close to everything, bed was comfy enough
It needs an update and the smell coming from the carpet is strong, it’s an old building so some stuffs are falling apart

Central location
No coffee in the room and the common coffee is not ready till after 8am & most activity starts early in the area..

The location is close to the lake, Safeway and Homer Spit.
Also they serve a good coffee according to my husband. It has refrigerator and microwave
There was no aircondition, they offered a small fan but it’s very noisy. The place is outdated and the daughters owner is not friendly, I was waiting in the lobby and she was inside the front desk but did not even recognize me, the mother has to tell her to entertain me. The hotel needs some renovation.
