Location near the water and amenities.
Front staff were not engaged (the guy who checked us in didn’t even give direction of where to go or any overview whatsoever and when I was waiting in line he didn’t acknowledge those of us waiting either). Didn’t know about the booking for amenities which was quite limited and would have been disappointed if I didn’t get a block to use them.
