About this apartment rental
The cozy guest apartment (for 2 to - only on request - 4 people) with a separate entrance is located in a special building at the end of a cul-de-sac. The property borders a park and is only 2 km from the inner city. Since the renovation in 2014, the unique building has an open courtyard and still has a cross on the roof. Free parking is possible on the public street. There are plenty of shops nearby, the nearest supermarket is approx. 500 m away.
In the lovingly furnished guest apartment, clay plaster, natural wall paint and underfloor heating ensure a healthy and comfortable living environment everywhere. The entrance area leads directly into a small but well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge / freezer, stove, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is even space for a washing machine (detergent available if required). For the first day, drinks such as water, coffee, tea and cappuccino are available. The small bathroom has modern, luxurious equipment including a rain shower with massage jet, hairdryer and more.
In addition, the apartment has two rooms, one of which is designed as a bedroom and one as a living room / lounge. WLAN / WiFi, satellite TV with WLAN is available free of charge. The (larger) lounge has an open (sleeping) gallery, which can only be reached via a rather steep staircase and is not suitable for seniors or small children (no railings!).
There are a total of 3 double beds (a real bed, 1 futon bed on the sleeping gallery and a sofa bed) each 140 cm wide.
Nearby is a fairly new cultural center, the Kraftwerk Mitte Dresden, an imposing industrial monument from the 19th Century, impressive architecture meets innovative ideas: A new magnet in the middle of Dresden with theater and state operetta, just 10 minutes on foot. There is also a nice bistro and an iconic restaurant.

Liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Wohneinheit mit allem, was man so braucht. Angenehm ruhige Wohnumgebung. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und zeigten sich bei persönlichen Anliegen sehr offen und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfekt aufgeteilte und eingerichtete kleine Wohnung. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Ein Spaziergang von 20 Minuten und man ist in der Innenstadt. Oder man nimmt die Tram - Haltestelle ist um die Ecke.

Eine mit Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung ! Hat alles was man braucht und mehr
.. die Betten waren bequem , das Bad hat eine tolle Dusche und ist sehr modern eingerichtet.
Die Ankunft und das einchecken hat wunderbar geklappt. Es sind sehr nette Vermieter , keine Probleme bei der Verständigung . Für Fragen da und nette Gespräche.
Wir haben alles zu Fuß erreicht , sind auch nur zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen. Es gibt aber in der Nähe Bus und auch Straßenbahnen.
Dresden Ist eine tolle Stadt , und wenn wir wieder kommen 😊 gerne wieder hier !!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und für zwei Personen super geeignet. Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral aber für uns war die Innenstadt trotzdem sehr gut zufuß zu erreichen. Wem das zu weit ist, der findet die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Wir würden die Wohung jederzeit wieder buchen.
