No Wi-Fi as listed, no extra garbage bags, or toilet paper. Said there was a DVD player and there also was not one of those.

There wasn't anything good about this place besides you did t have to sleep outside. Not worth the money you pay and don't expect the room you paid for. Oh, and if you have problems getting v up stairs you may want to call ahead and check of the elevators are working because they sure won't inform you about it. Especially if your on the third floor like we were . Oh and be prepared to listen to power tools all night if you're lucky enough to be put beside a room under construction.

When we reserved the apartment, it was stated in the agreement and description that Internet and TV would be available. I also read some of the most recent reviews just prior to arriving that mentioned the TV and Internet wasn't available (as it was stated "available" in the agreement).  I contacted the agent via text...they replied and stated, "it was included and it would be available". When we arrived, and throughout our stay, it was not available.  Also, customer service for questions was not available.  No one on property to help if needed.  It was a nightmare just trying to get into the apartment as the codes sent didn't make any sense.  There were flammable cans sitting on top of the water heater in the closet (behind a closed door that we didn't notice until the day before we were leaving), and papers stuffed in the vents of the A/C intake inside the same area for the A/C in the room.  Complete code violations here.  We did not feel safe, had nowhere to put the flammable materials as we could not find anyone on property to properly dispose of these items.  Would not recommend this property to anyone.  The advertising makes it look and sound wonderful...don't fall for it.  Spend the extra money and go to a nice resort hotel on the beach instead.  We are asking for a refund due to the false advertising and health/safety concerns. We have photos of the code violations and plan to send them to the appropriate personnel.

This is a great room for those who spend more of their time room or for younger people. I booked this room last minute for my husbands birthday and father's day. I am a bit more picky with rooms, with their being a baseball tournament during this time, I had to find an alternative. The area is quiet and close to anything you may need. My only problem was having to do a little extra cleaning myself. I had to go out and get supplies for the bathroom. The shower liner was dirty and there was a great deal of hair in the shower. There were also orange handprints on the walls. I would also recommend bringing some form of entertainment if you like watching television. There was a DVD remote in the room, but I was not able to locate the player. My husband was able to purchase a firestick and use wifi from his phone. It was nice for a quick getaway. If you are like myself and my husband who like to spend a little time in the room, I would suggest something like a firestick. If you spend more time out, this place is very nice.

Great air conditioner worked very well, wonderful stores on 1st floor. Cute room but sparse. Shower/bath tub needs handle for handicapped guests. Very low shower pressure. No TV OR WiFi so I had to go to McDonalds to do work I brought along. No Ice for drinks. Very small dorm fridge.

1. The listing said Queen bed but it's a Full. Listing mentioned dishwasher in check out but there isn't a dishwasher. 2. Don't expect to do anything but sleep in this room. 3. The windows and doors need better insulated. Everyone that walked by talking sounded like they were in the room with you.

Vacasa's communication is excellent. The wifi and cable were unavailable, but we received a credit for that. Plenty of room for two, comfortable bed, and cold air!
