Walking distance to Pompano Joes Restaurant, Bad Ass Coffee, Dairy Queen, Pizza, Winery, Beach Stores, Scooter Rentals and so much more! MUST BE 25 years if age to rent. With 5 bedrooms (2 King Suites, 1 Queen, 1 Double queen, Bunk room) and 5.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room for comfort and relaxation. It's only a short 3-4 minute walk to beach gate located on our street. We also have a 10x20 backyard swimming pool! Access to our beautiful community pool as well. Kaba Keyless lock for easy and convenient entry. No keys to worry about! If you've never been to Destin, your in for a treat! This private beach is amazing! Since its private it won't be overly crowded. There is so much for vacationers to do in Destin. Harbour walk, Grand Boulevard, Destin Commons, Helicopter rides, water parks, crab island, fishing, museums, shopping, summer concerts and so much more! 30A is a short 15 minute drive The open floor plan on the 1st floor allows for everyone to enjoy the kitchen, dining and family room together. Laundry room with washer and dryer is on the main floor. Ironing board and iron on premises. Laundry pods provided. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with cozy linens & towels for your added convenience. A game room for the children with Xbox, board games, books and all the latest DVD movies (75 to choose from). PacMan Arcade style with classics like Galaga, Galaxian & Dig Dug just added The backyard is equipped with a grilling and dining area Pools are a must in the hot Destin summers. While the ocean is amazing, sometimes it's nice just to have the convenience right at your feet. The ocean can be unpredictable with rip currents or marine life, its always nice to be able to swim in the backyard or community pool We provide beach towels, beach accessories, such as chairs, cooler, wagon and toys. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, crock pot, cutlery, utensils and dishes for everyone. A dishwasher to wash it all. Plastic plates, bowls and cups for the little ones. We try our very best to keep a supply of dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels, coffee filters, laundry soap, toilet paper etc in the house. Brand new stainless steel appliances and coffee maker. Refrigerator makes crushed or whole ice for those tropical drinks. Every room has a flat smart screen television with satellite cable. Family room has 70โ television with a DVD player. Perfect for movie night or rainy day. Photos don't show how spacious the home actually is. There is plenty of room for large groups but cozy enough for smaller groups. We are a short 4-5 minute walk to the Private Hollywood Street Entrance. The beach has the finest sugar white sand. The crystal clear warm water just makes you want to float and swim all day! Scenic 98 which is widely known for walkers, joggers and bicyclists. Great way to start and end the day. Your friends and family will not be disappointed with this very clean, tropical oasis. The neighbourhood is quiet yet so close to all the action. Bike, scooter, golf cart rentals at the corner. Beach chairs and large umbrella service is available at the beach. If you'd like to order this service you will need to contact La Dolce Vita and provide the address of the home. We provide a cart and wagon with light weight Tommy Bahamas beach chairs & umbrellas We provide beach towels Paddle board, sea kayaks also for rent, right on our beach. This was by far one of the best vacation houses we have ever stayed at!! Lisa was extremely helpful and prompt to answer any questions. We were even able to check in early! The house was extremely clean and it had everything you could possibly need. Our family of 18 never felt crammed in this spacious house. The kids loved the game room as well on rainy days. We had everything we could possibly need for an ideal beach day, plenty of chairs, towels, toys, and wagons! We were able to walk to most of destinations and we always had something close by to do. I would highly recommend this property and I am sure we will definitely be back!!

My husband and I have three small boys who are very busy with sports. We never have the opportunity to get away. So the one chance we had to take a vacation we decided to take them to the beach. WOW! This house was AMAZING! It was FULLY stocked with anything we could ever need, bathroom in every bedroom. Porch with a beautiful heated pool. And just a few min walk to the beach! Lisa was PHENOMENAL to work with. Anything I needed she responded with in 5 mins every time. We actually ran out of tide pods during our stay and she was insistent on having some delivered from Walmart that evening! The house was extremely clean and very inviting. It was also very nice to have everything we needed for the beach provided for us! Chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels, and wagons to put it all in! Iโm positive we have found our permanent vacation spot! I honestly donโt think anyone else could compare to the awesome experience we have had here! If I could give 10 stars I totally would!

Our stay was nothing short of perfection made possible by the gorgeous beaches and this impeccable home. Lisa and Pat truly have it all figured out as hosts. The house is well laid out for groups and families - fantastic couches, huge dining table plus breakfast bar, spacious kitchen with all the cookware, tools and other essentials you could think of (and more).
Bedrooms have great sheets as well as extra pillows and bedding in the closets. The first floor is great for families with a king bedroom and four-bed bunk room on the first floor, connected by two toilets and a shower. Second floor has master king, a queen room off the game room and a double queen room. And every room has a bathroom connected! They also have great extra futon style fold down couches in the bunk room, game room and master. Configuring a big family was so easy.
The location is fantastic. The beach is a short walk away - maybe 8 mins walking with kids. You also have coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shops and everything you need just down the street. A golf cart is nice but it is truly walkable.
But it wasn't just the rooms, location and amenities (so many beach towels, toys, wagons, life jackets, floaties, etc.), it was Lisa's responsiveness and kindness. I felt welcome in their home - not just another awkward guest encounter. We can't wait to come back. We won't stay anywhere else in Miramar Beach if we can help it.

The house was just as advertised. Clean and updated house with 5 en-suite bedrooms! One was a bunk room that is great for kids. We had four adult couples and didnโt t utilize. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Pool was clean. Super grill in good shape!!

This property was a great location for our familyโs spring break trip. A quick walk to the beach and a nice pool when we wanted a break from the sand. Lisa was quick to respond to all communication and handled everything quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again.

We were already blown away by the exceptional communication and friendliness of the owners, so to arrive at the property and it be exactly as advertised we knew it was going to be a great trip! Our family really enjoyed the space and there were plenty off bedrooms and bathrooms so we werenโt on top of each other. We loved the pool and used it every day when it wasnโt raining and the kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals for everyone! We also loved the beach being such a close walk and the cute winery and coffee shop a few blocks away. Already planning another family trip to return to this property in a few months!!! Thanks again Lisa for being so great and accommodating to my family!!!

This property was perfect for my family of 9 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space, the pool was used daily and the communication with the owner made everything a breeze. What made it extra special were all of the beach toys, chairs, and supplies (like toilet paper, dishwashing pods, hand soap). We also loved that everything was labeled. Weโll definitely come back!

We had 11 family members from 18-66 and we all had an amazing time. The house had plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed being able to all eat together and play games at the table. Lisa is the best host we have ever communicated with. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of upon arrival and during our stay. We have a few family members who have sensitivity to smells and Lisa asked the cleaning crew to clean the house with non chemical cleaning products. It was so refreshing to come into a rental house that did not smell like chemicals. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for everyone! There is also a wagon provided to take chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. The pool was nice and refreshing to soak in after the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked. All the beds were comfortable. We definitely recommend staying here!

What a beautiful home in Miramar Beach. Lisa has thought of everything and more. Nicely appointed, decorated, and well stocked. The backyard is top notch, with a fairly large pool for the area, plenty of entertainment and relaxing spaces, and an enclosed fence for privacyโnot viewable by people walking by like most of the other houses. Oh, and the balconies are so nice, one in front for sunrise and one in back for sunset. Even with the obstruction of other houses, you still get plenty of colors.
We took full advantage of the area, renting bicycles, a pontoon boat, and eating at Whaleโs Tail and too many trips to Bad Ass Coffee to count. All fantastic experiences.
Though the walk to the beach was about two-three minutes longer than the description we read when we booked, in the end we didnโt mind it. The walk back after sunset was usually breezy, and it was nice to admire the other houses and the foliage, including a beautiful wooded area with an abandoned church. One member of our party was recovering from surgery, so we just drove her to the beach. It was fine.
We would return to this house over and over for its charm, how comfortable it was for our party of 12, the backyard, and the lazy walk to the beach. If you donโt HAVE to be beach front and you have a large group, this is THE house to book. We already miss it!

A Home for Everyone & Everything
The description and reviews for this house were great, but the real experience was even better! I canโt begin to tell how much this house is prepared for a crowd. From the labeled drawers in the kitchen to the beach towels and chairs AND pool toys, Lisa has the best of everything. Only one bad comment: She canโt control the weather!

Great space for our family
Owners were so friendly and attentive! Space was perfect for our three grown children spouses and 7 grandchildren. House was very clean when we got there and very easy to keep it that way. Everyone was comfortable with bathrooms for each bedroom and beach and kitchen supplies were amazing! Pool was perfect size for fun and safety for 2-14 year old grands.

The Perfect Home
We booked this home for a family vacation that included 6 adults and 5 grandchildren. The layout of the home gave all of us privacy and was spacious enough to all be in the kitchen area together.
The pool was the big attraction for the kiddos, they were in and out several times a day. It was awesome that there were nice thick beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs to haul to the beach in two wagons. We had the option to rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach but saved money by having our three strong men carrying the wagons up and down the stairs to the beach.
The kitchen was very well stocked and organized with labels on drawers. Basic spices were in the pantry, saran wrap & foil were in drawers. Lots of plastic cups for using outdoors on the patio.
We had four boys share the bedroom with the two bunk beds, they had a blast! Our granddaughter enjoyed the King size bedroom, and the adults were all upstairs with either King or Queen size beds plus private bathrooms.
The mattresses were all comfortable, we all slept well.
Our family loved Destin and the waves in the gulf with their boogie boards. The beach had some seaweed this visit, but it didn't bother us.
The kid's favorite activity was the pontoon trip to Crab Island that we booked with Wild Adventure Pontoons with Captain Marshall. He found dolphins for the kids to watch, and he also found an assortment of little crabs for the grandsons to marvel at.
When we go back to Destin with our family, we will defiantly stay with Lisa again. Our son-in-law forgot his wallet at home and Lisa was quick to suggest Fed Ex and the housekeepers worked hard and we were able to check in early at 2:00pm.

The property has more space than listed and is stocked better than any place I have ever stayed in. The owners are very friendly and ready to help in any way needed. The AC worked wonderfully even in the heat. The pool at the home was the perfect get away after kids got tired of waves on a rough day. The only issue I had with the property was the walk was a little longer than originally listed, but I think it has been updated. The community is having an issue with the original beach access point, so instead of .25 mile walk its a .5 mile walk. It was not a big deal for my crowd but for some it might be. I would definately stay here again.

Absolutely Marvelous
The home is as advertised; very beautiful and well maintained. We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the pool, which has good privacy. We had 14 people and they all had a great time.
