We love this cabin! We had 2 families and each of us had more than enough space. The "mud" room for skiing stuff is HUGE with plenty of hooks for all the jackets, etc... The kids and adults LOVED sledding down the road just outside the cabin!! My son always builds the cozy fire on the main floor with the firewood provided. The location is just a short 5 min drive to the ski mountains. Snowmobiling at Thunder Mountain Motorsports was so much fun!!! We rent from Georg's Ski Shop and they are always so nice!! When it snows it just absolutely beautiful! Do not hesitate to book this property, we love it! Thank you!

My family and I stayed in the cabin over Christmas and had an amazing white Christmas. The owner placed a small but beautiful Christmas tree in the living room area for us to enjoy. The cabin is well stocked with everything we needed. Its location was perfect! Just a 2 min drive to the Navaho ski resort. We loved this place. Highly recommend it!

I have stayed in many VRBO properties throughout the country and have never felt more deceived than I did with this property in Brian Head. The pictures, property description and price would make you believe it is an upscale cabin "newly renovated" and with large rooms for a big group. Nothing could be further than the truth. In addition, there were many dangerous conditions in the property resulting in both my wife and grand daughter being injured. The advertisement should have read, "partially renovated". The deck railing was only partially complete, creating a very dangerous condition, including sharp edges causing injury to my granddaughter. The entrance to the front door was in disrepair causing my wife and grand son to both fall trying to get to the deck. The furniture on the deck was old and broken, the grill was disgustingly dirty, and even after the owner sent someone to clean it, is was unusable. There was no heat in the basement, and it was cold at night. The main floor room was very small and the couch was very old and uncomfortable. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with foam rubber pads on top resulting in a very uncomfortable sleep. The shower in the main floor bathroom was one of the small ones not providing room to bend over. The cabin is on three levels, making it great if you want to be separated from your other guests, but very inconvenient with all of the stairs. I have to say that the cabin was very clean, and was sufficiently stocked. The very high per night price also made me think the cabin would be very nice, similar to other high end cabins we have stayed in. If you are looking for an old cabin, with old furniture that you don't have to worry about and you are not going to spend much time inside, and don't care about a good night's sleep, you could be fine, but if you want a nice place to relax, do not waste your time on this property.

The property was clean and in great shape. The host replied to my questions promptly. We had a wonderful family get away! We all agreed we would return to the property if the occasion arose.
