We rented this year here and would absolutely return. The condo feels like a home. The proximity to the boardwalk, town, and the pool are perfect. We enjoyed most of our time out on the deck watching the lights on the boardwalk at night! Thank you for a wonderful week!

We loved OCNJ and this condo was just perfect!

nice condo and perfectly located.. Only a couple blocks to the beach and boardwalk and downtown for restaurants and shops.nice view from balcony. the building is secure and has a pool. This cono owner provided beach and pool tags which is nice. we did not use the pool but its very nice and has a life guard. Also liked the designated parking spot and under cover. no stress trying to find a place to park and we were able to leave our beach chairs and cart in the car so easy when we went to the beach Definetly would stay again

Very clean and nicely decorated, excellent location and owner was prompt with any questions we had. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a small place with all the ameneities in a great location.

It was an absolute delight to stay here! The property is in excellent condition and the location was perfect for a relaxing stay, close to the beach and many shops. I hope to come back soon!

Second time staying at this complex and first time in this apartment. Everything was very smooth and just as advertised.

My husband & 15 month old son had the best time in OCNJ! This condo is in a prime location right in the center of town. We were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping a block or 2 away. Perfect stay for us on our mini vacation. The condo was nice and clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool was a nice plus too. Thanks so much!

We had a great trip to Ocean City. The condo was in the perfect location to all the attractions for our kids. It’s a short walk to the beach and boards and a short walk in the other direction into town for great local restaurants and shopping. The condo was super clean and very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. We had a little issue with the air conditioner and Tom came out the next day and fixed it. We will be back if we come to Ocean City again.

It was a great trip! Great for a vacation, the location is fantastic, with a really nice little balcony. I LOVED the aesthetic of the property, such nice furnishings. The kitchen was great and had most things we needed, with beautiful plates. All it could use is a good chopping knife. I thought the bed was very comfortable. Everything functioned well, and the furnishings are really cozy. Heat and AC works great. I would totally give it 5 stars because I loved it, but my fiance and I did have some trouble with the internet for work zoom calls--I asked about what kind of internet plan they had beforehand and heard there were no complaints and the internet was separate for the unit. So that sounded really good, but when we arrived we found that all that was actually in the unit were internet boosters, and the internet strength was not as reliable as we hoped. It went up and down--apparently, it is a beach-wide problem across the area. I just wish I had known before because my fiance was paying for the rental and that was the one amenity that was really important to him for his job. I was sad that the internet wasn't all that and a bag of potato chips since I promised it would be after the answer to my initial inquiry into the property. But I did let the host know when things were super slow and he was very responsive. He was able to reset the router for us, which was very helpful and improved the connection to be steady enough for my fiance and I to make it through the week doing our work. But don't let it stop you from renting this super cute place out if you have the ability to be flexible about when you need strong internet or if you just want to relax.

Everything was top notch. Rented for my son and he never wanted to leave. Super clean, great hosts, with OMG sunset and sunrise views. Decorated with a superb Nautical theme, and was well stocked with everything you could hope for. OC is beautiful at Christmas time! Close to boards, restaurants and shopping. 5 stars!

We were looking for a nice place to spend some quiet time together and this was the perfect spot. The unit was well equipped and nicely decorated. The Unit manager was very helpful and we enjoyed getting to know him a bit better. We would definately stay here again.

It was a nice clean place close to everything!
