Located in Okaloosa Island, this charming condo for $302 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Enjoy this gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10 people. This property is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL and close to all local entertainment and restaurants. This ground floor unit has partial gulf views with a very large balcony and private stairs leading to a grassy area and then the beach. You do not have to walk through the condo or go down elevators to go to the beach. Unique for a condo. Just relax! This spacious condo includes: A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen 43" TV, and private bathroom with a whirlpool soaking tub. The second bedroom includes two full size beds and a 43" smart TV and a DVD player. The third bedroom has twin size bunks beds and a flat screen TV/DVD player. The living area has a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa, 65" smart TV, DVD player, and 10 ft sliding glass doors that lead to the expansive patio. The dining area has a full sized table and seating for six. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials needed. Unit includes a laundry room with large capacity side-by-side washer and dryer. 12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center Keyless Lock- Self check-in Unit is located 2 doors down from work out facility. Elevator 2 Sets of Beach Service Included (March- October) 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner. One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us. We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Adding to the memorable experience at Azure are amenities such as two large pools — each with its own hot tub — a spray park for the young at heart, an exercise room, and a large wheelchair accessible boardwalk that leads to the emerald green water and sugar-white sands along the Gulf of Mexico. Great location!! Property was just minutes walk from lots of restaurants and fun. Numerous great restaurants within walking distance. Mini golf and ice cream directly across the street. Property is very clean and well taken care of. Unit was nice. Furniture was comfortable. Plenty of dishes/towels and other necessities. Rug in the living room IS A HAZARD though and needs to be replaced. Multiple people tripped over the folded edges to the point we folded it up and tucked it under the couch. Overall, a very successful stay and would recommend.

We had 10 people, 4 adults and 6 boys age 3 to 16. The condo was beautiful and within a short walk to the pool and hotbtub as well as the wallk over to the beach. We had everything we could need for cooking and never ran out of towels. The balcony was huge enough for all of us and a great place to keep all our wet sandy clothes. The company answered all my questions promptly and were so helpful with everything. This was my second rental through Kim Lang and I plan to rent through them next year.

Beautiful and spacious. It was very convenient to everything. A few of our favorites are Maas coffee downtown Classea boutique and Parlor donuts. We also enjoyed Ali’s bistro. Walking distance to Rockin Taco’s !

This is a fabulous condo run by a great company with excellent customer service! This was our 2nd annual stay here. The Condo was clean and very well maintained. The company checked in to ensure our stay was going well and we had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the 8 of us who stayed.

This was my family's first beach trip together. My parents hadn't seen the ocean in over 20 years and it was the first time for my niece and nephew. The unit was perfect for easy access to the beach and pool. The location was great because. It was close to the grocery store and fun restaurants. The older kids appreciated the bunk beds. We had a fantastic time.

What a wonderful condo - the location was perfect, the parking garage was secure and conveniently located. The condo offered everything we expected! Lots of towels, great laundry in the unit. Plenty of beds for everyone. The pools were amazing. Our favorite feature was the private balcony with stairs to walk to the pool and beach. Hoping to retire one day! Hated to leave!

We had plenty of room for my husband and I and our four kids. We were visiting a friend at the Air Force Base and this was a great location to access base and Destin. Steps to the pool and beach = perfection! LOVED that there was a crockpot in the kitchen - it's such an easy way to cook when on vacation, but most people do not stock them! My only suggestion is to fix the sliding door from the living room as I was worried it would come completely off each time we opened it! Staff and communication were great. We were able to check-in a little early and it was great!

Everything was as described. Rooms were spacious. Master bath was very large and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Short walk to the pools/hot tubs/beach.

Great Place to Stay!
We had a great stay at this condo! We had 3 adults, 2 - 5 year olds, and 2 - 1 year olds. We all fit very comfortably. The condo was in great shape when we arrived. You could tell the unit had been recently cleaned. We were very impressed! It’s very close to the beach and the pool, a very short walk away through the main building. It’s a corner unit, so it was very quiet which was nice.
The customer service was fantastic, very fast and quick to respond. We had an issue with the parking passes and it was resolved immediately.
The only complaint we had and it is minor is the floors left our feet and socks black. There is only so much they can do to prevent this with the type of flooring in the unit though.
Overall, we loved this condo and highly recommend it. We will be rebooking again!

Property was great. Patio door was a little cantankerous but besides that everything was perfect. Several restaurants within walking distance. 5-10 min drive to Destin. Had 6 adults and 3 kids under 6. Had plenty of room.

Great Accomodations and Location
The room is private and beautiful. The pool is a great backup for when weather closes down swimming on the beach. Love the hot tub/spa! Nearby fitness center and the room has just about everything you need! Communication was good, for the most part, I understand we came during a peak weekend, but almost always responded to emails and phone calls right away or fairly close to the time of call. Definitely coming back!
