Situated in Samos Prefecture, this lovely condo for $89 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The apartment located on the southeastern coast of Samos, to Psili Ammos beach nearby the sea. Only one minute’s walk from one of the best sandy beaches οn the island, is the perfect place to relax. View of the small Greek island Vareloudi in the foreground. This spot is an ideal destination and appropriate for unforgettable holidays with family & friends. It is spacious (65m2), newly built, on the ground floor of the house, with open plan lounge and dining area, open plan fully-equipped kitchen leading out onto terrace, views of Psili Ammos beach.Offers all modern comforts with a large sun terrace and charming furnished with a sense of elegance to provide a comfortable stay all year round. The bedrooms are spacious and sunny. One bedroom has a large double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds, with view the sea. An extra bed, or a baby-cot can also be provided when requested. There is ample cupboard space and many useful fittings. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units. The kitchen is fully equipped with proper cooking devices, an oven, ceramic top, large fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. In the open plan lounge and dining area there is a flat-screen TV and a DVD Player. The bathroom offers all modern amenities (hair-dryer, first aid kit etc.) and a washing machine with necessary laundry detergents . There are also, mosquito nets on all of the windows and balcony doors of the apartment and an iron with an iron-board. The apartment has plenty of space parking, automatic lights at night time, table and chairs on the terrace. Also sunbeds are available and a free 'Wi-Fi' for wireless internet. Location Psili Ammos (Village and Beach) in Samos:If you follow the road who runs from Samos town, the capital of Samos, to Pythagorio, you will see the sign to Psili Ammos. The distance is about 9 km and it takes about 15 minutes drive to reach the beach. If you follow the road who runs from Pythagorio (airport) to Psili Ammos you will see the sign to Psili Ammos.The distance is about 10Km and takes about 20minute drive. Psili Ammos is just one mile across the coast of Turkey. Psili Ammos means “fine sand” and it is a sandy beach and it is probably the name that makes it the most popular beach at the Samos Island. Psili Ammos is a 200 m long and cliffs protect the beach from the wind and create a nice feel of isolation. As most of the beaches are pebbled in the Island, sandy shore and the shallow calm sea makes Psili Ammos an ideal place for all ages and especially families. The beach offers sunbeds, umbrellas also there are several local tavernas and a mini market in the current area of the beach with easy access . Psili Ammos has its own picturesque Greek Orthodox church which is built on the top of the hill and worth visiting. West of Psili Ammos there is a shallow lagoon, which occupies the area of the old salt-pits. The importance of the site is that a big number of bird species (Flamingos, wild ducks etc) visit this wetland in November until May and it is a very important staging post for bird migration.

Was amazing - surpassed our expectations
Our stay in Athansios’ property has been a highlight of our stay. His “filoxenia” is impeccable. From speaking with our taxi driver to help us find the location to the lovely mezze plate left for us on arrival. Athanasi was so generous with his time letting us know about the property and helping us with the kayak. Him and Vicki have created an accommodation which is both beautiful and comfortable in one of the most picturesque locations in Samos.
The views from the windows and outside patio are unbelievable and the price so affordable for a family of 4. Also the little extras were hugely appreciated .... coffee machine / washing machine/ wi fi/ sun beds .... which were all included.
Athanasi and Vicki - Thankyou for sharing your lovely place with us. We only regret we didn’t have more days to spend

This place has it all!
Vicky and Thanasis are great hosts. They go out of their way to accomodate their guests. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable. The location is an easy drive to Pythagoria and Samos town if you want action, or you can stay at the Psili Amos beach and enjoy the quiet. This was our third stay, and we will definitely visit again!

Wohnung in toller Lage direkt am Strand
Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Direkte Strandlage und ruhig. Auch Liegen sind vorhanden. Die Räume sind groß genug für 4 Personen. Das Badezimmer ist allerdings recht klein gehalten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Auch ein Kühl- und Gefrierschrank ist vorhandenen. Allerdings haben wir nur Frühstück zubereitet. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert um die insel zu erkunden.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, zur Begrüßung gab's eine Platte mit Köstlichkeiten und Wein von Samos. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde zweimal kostenlos gereinigt.
Alles in allem perfekt. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Samos kommen, auf jeden Fall wieder in diese Wohnung.

Ein wunderbares, sehr empfehenswertes Haus in Psili Ammos
•Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung, sowie ein wunderbarer Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Die Vermieter Vicky und Athanasios sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend! Zur Begrüßung überreichten sie uns eine Flasche Samos-Wein und eine köstliche Willkommensplatte mit Käse, Schinken, Wurst und Oliven.
•Sie stellten uns Liegen zur Verfügung, die wir mit zum Strand nehmen konnten.
•Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, sogar eine Nespresso-Maschine ist vorhanden.
•Vor allen Dingen aber ist alles sehr, sehr sauber. Nach 4 Tagen (wir waren eine Woche dort) wurde die Wohnung sogar nochmals intensiv gereinigt.
Außerdem ist die Nähe zum Flughafen (vom Flugzeuglärm kriegt man aber nichts mit) und zu dem kleinen Örtchen Pythagorion mit seinen vielen gemütlichen, romantischen Tavernen und der schönen Hafenpromenade äußerst angenehm.
•Alles in Allem können wir diese Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und wenn wir nochmal Urlaub auf Samos machen, dann ganz sicher wieder in diesem Haus.

ottimo il wifi ed il condizionamento. buona la posizione in un area tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile.
Che dire dei Proprietari, gentilissimi e disponibili in tutto e per tutto.
Sapendo che avrei dovuto rinunciare alla vacanza hanno espresso immediatamente il loro rammarico, ma quando la situazione si è risolta ed ho potuto partire, si sono mostrati complici nell'orchestrare la sorpresa per i nostri amici che non ci aspettavano più.
mi hanno accolto con una torta di benvenuto e con una bottiglia del moscato tipico del luogo.
Athanansios si è anche offerto di trasportare i ns. bagagli all'aeroporto.
che dire di più.... assolutamente da consigliare.
Due cosine ai proprietari: forse i cuscini erano troppo gonfi per i ns. gusti e di concordarsi con gli altri proprietari della zona per provvedere alla bonifica delle pozze di acqua stagnante che contribuiscono al proliferare delle zanzare fastidiosissime tra l'altro.

A great place to relax
After a two-week visit last year, we returned this year for a month and enjoyed every minute. The apartment is bright and airy, just what we want in a beach vacation. I found it helpful to have kitchen/food items available (salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, coffee and tea) so we could prepare some of our own meals and snacks. Vicky and Athanasios are excellent hosts. They keep the grounds and apartment in excellent shape, and are always working to make improvements. The apartment itself makes one feel relaxed. The location is excellent and the apartment is easy to get to. It's very quiet, especially at night. Pythagoria and Vathi are both an easy drive away. We look forward to another visit next year, and will bring our grown kids along to enjoy it with us!

Amazing property, beautifully decorated, spotless and very well equipped.
We received an extremely warm welcome from Asanasios and Vicky who were waiting for us when we arrived. They presented us with some lovely local sweet wine and delicious tapas. The apartment was beautiful and the situation idyllic, only a minutes walk from the beach. Psilly Ammos was a beautiful small village with a few tavernas and a mini market. Really good but simple food at Psilly Amos taverna. If possible, I will definitely return, a beautiful island and apartment and lovely hosts who did everything they could for you to ensure the perfect holiday.

Wonderful apartment - one of the best we have ever stayed at.
The apartment is spacious, modern, quiet, and delightful in every way. It has good outside space including parking. The owners are helpful and very nice. There are four tavernas within easy walking distance although not all were open during our stay in early May. There is ample wardrobe and drawer space and (although we ate out and did not do any cooking) the kitchen is well equipped.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in genialer Unterkunft mit nur 1 min. Fußweg zu malerischem Sandstrand an türkisfarbenem glasklarem sauberen Wasser! Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und gepflegt mit neuwertiger Einrichtung! Alles vorhanden inklusive Klimaanlage, Küche, sauberes Bad, WLAN und Fernseher. Kein kleinster Grund zur Beanstandung! Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend, sehr netter Kontakt! Privater Parkplatz am Haus. Der Strand ist ein absoluter Geheimtip auf der Insel!
Wir haben uns wirklich außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder!
Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

I Wish I Could Stay Here for a Month!
Vicky and Thanasis were wonderful hosts, friendly and very helpful. The apartment was well designed: there was plenty of closet and cupboard space to store clothes and luggage. Each room has a large window that opens onto the terrace looking out to the sea, making the apartment bright and airy. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with most everything you would need for your stay. We could have easily stayed there for a month without feeling crowded. Excellent location with a nice quiet sandy beach right below the apartment and only a 15-minute drive to larger towns on either side of the island. VERY quiet location. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in.

Wunderschöner Urlaub auf Samos
Wir waren Anfang Oktober für 12 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an einfach wohl. Die Wohnung ist sauber, alles ist ordentlich. Die Vermieter sind sympathisch und sehr freundlich. Sind immer für einen da. Man muss sie einfach mögen.
In den 12 Tagen wurde die Wohnung 2x gereinigt, inkl. frische Bettwäsche und
Handtücher.
Man läuft nicht mal 1 Minute bis zum Strand der nicht überfüllt ist.
Was wir raten ist ein Auto zu mieten, damit man auch was von der Insel sehen kann.
Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ende Mai, Anfang Juni waren wir in Psili Ammos und hatten eine wunderbar unbeschwerte Zeit auf der Insel und vor allem im Apartement von Vicki und Athanasios. In den vergangenen Jahren haben wir viele Urlaube in Ferienwohnungen gebucht und können sagen: Es ist das schönste, gepflegteste und von der Einrichtung und Internettechnik her bestausgestattetste Apartment in dem wir unseren Urlaub bisher verbracht haben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und trotzdem zurückhaltend. Die Bucht war in dieser Zeit ruhig und am Strand ist viel Platz für die zur Verfügung gestellten Liegen. Der Weg zum Sandstrand ist so kurz, dass man vor dem Frühstück oder spät abends nochmal ein erfrischendes Bad nehmen kann. Das Apartment wird regelmäßig gereinigt, darum mußten wir uns nicht kümmern und sind in dieser Zeit lieber auf Enteckungsreise gegangen. Nach den sehr schönen Wanderungen und Badeausflügen konnten wir die durchgeschwitzen Sachen schnell in die Waschmaschine stecken - spart Platz und Zeit beim Kofferpacken. Wir können sowohl das Apartment als auch Vicki und Athanasios als wunderbar gastfreundliche Vermieter sehr empfehlen!

We want to Samos for some R&R after 3 months of touring Europe and Samos and this apartment did not disappoint. The apartment was new, comfortable, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed, and our hosts and their children were friendly kind and generous without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment as a base for seeing other parts of Samos, but it would also be excellent for a family holiday in the summer season to enjoy beautiful Psili Ammos Beach. Make sure you use the barbecue, you are sure to get assistance. Thank you we had a great time in your lovely apartment.

Greek Paridise in November
We want to Samos for some R&R after 3 months of touring Europe and Samos and this apartment did not disappoint. The apartment was new, comfortable, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed, and our hosts and their children were friendly kind and generous without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment as a base for seeing other parts of Samos, but it would also be excellent for a family holiday in the summer season to enjoy beautiful Psili Ammos Beach. Make sure you use the barbecue, you are sure to get assistance. Thank you we had a great time in your lovely apartment.
